Moon Golf - Auburn

Love this place! So far I’ve bought 2 clubs(a callaway jaws 60 degree and a ping g425 5 wood) every time i got to try them out in the simulator and the staff helped so much especially since I’m starting tournament golf. The workers are very knowledgeable and respectful! I will definitely be coming back!

I took an old club in to be fitted with a graphite shaft. After discussing the costs, the employee suggested I look online for the club configured the way I wanted. Thanks to this honest approach, I got the club I wanted and saved $50-$75. I plan to return and spend the money I saved on something else to show my appreciation.

the store is hands down packed with everything you could want/need for golf! and Austin is a great worker and helped me order my clubs and overall had a great attitude and made me feel very welcome. However the fitting experience I had was far from what I wanted, I wanted someone to really study my swing and get me fitted and work with me since I paid $100 which I shouldn't even had to since I bought $1400 clubs 3 days later and the fitting is suppose to be for free! My fitter just sat back and looked bored the entire time and looked like he could care less handed me some clubs told me to hit them and was like okay lets get these no lets try this or maybe this! only reason for 2 stars was because the fitting was a absolute joke and I wish I had Austin fit me for clubs instead of who I had!

After returning to the store i was greeted by the owner and they apologized immediately and told me they would take care of me and they did! this fitting went way better i hit 6x the amount of balls this time compared to the first and felt i was actualy properly fitted this time and the person ( austin) who fitted me had a great attitude the entire time and made sure i felt like i was getting fitted right! ended up switching from my original fitted taylormades to new fitted Callaway and man im beyond grateful for the switch absolutely love my new clubs! on top of that they took care of my clubs with new grips for free and now i can confidently say this is the hands down best golf store around and i will and have recommended it to many people! i cant speak for everyone in the store other then the manager who was beyond nice to me and made me feel like a valued costumer that mattered and Austin knows what's he's talking about when it comes to the fitting process wish this store nothing but the best!

My best friend and I came in looking for gift ideas for someone (and we knew nothing about golf, at all). Connor was so very helpful and knew exactly how to help us!! We ended up getting a headcover and ball markers with their favorite sports team, and we got a funny t shirt and a nice polo golf shirt (ON SALE!!) Customer service was amazing here!! Thank y’all again!!

Went in to get fit for irons and had a great experience. Was walked through all my options and the team took their time to help me find the right clubs for my game. If you're in the Auburn area and play golf, make them your primary golf shop. Friendly staff with great expertise.

Went to have a few clubs regripped this afternoon. Was greeted and helped immediately. Was impressed with the professionalism of the the staff and the store was well stocked. The individual that met me at the door, grabbed my clubs and went to work right away. Sorry, I forgot his name but he did a great job and made quick work of regripping 7 clubs for me. I'll be back and wish y'all much success!

Unbelievable customer service. When you walk in the door you are immediately greeted by a friendly staff who cares about getting you into the right golf equipment, not just trying to push the most expensive products. Great place

The Moon golf stores are always my go to for any golf need. Justin was very helpful with helping me find what I needed and made the process as smooth as possible. I appreciate the great customer service and selection offered here.

Great store with two sim bays. These gentlemen took the time to find the right shaft and club combo for what I was looking for. Had to order my club from another stores and it shipped within 1 day.

Got fitted here and it was an amazing experience. The staff was extremely helpful and I left with clubs that I felt were a perfect upgrade for me !

Cool place but they just very nosey! I came in to buy some vice golf balls and they kept trying to oversell me to buy more expensive balls. I couldn’t believe my eyes! I have played golf longer than these children have been alive let me make my own financial decisions.
