Shoe Carnival

Visited this location for the 1st time yesterday. Very spacious, very clean, very good selection & very good customer service. Loved the basketball hoop to occupy my children's attention while we shopped...my husband enjoyed it as well. Would recommend shopping at this location if you need shoes. My son got a great pair for a reasonable price.

Descent selection again finally! For awhile it was more like Payless selection (which I kinda miss🤔) but they seem to have the right buyers back on the team because it's got something for EVERYONE

I don't shop for shies. I now will shop for shoes. There are work boots, gym shoes, and dress shoes. Prices are great and selection is good. Very fairly priced shoes. I will shop here again. Staff was very friendly. Store was clean, well stocked, and merchandised nicely.

I just needed a pair of boots for the winter. Had never been to a shoe carnival before. It was awesome. A huge selection and variety of shoes. Also ANYONE who goes in and becomes a rewards member automatically can buy a pair get the next for half off. Which I did. Staff was excellent for informing me of the deal. Left satusfied with two new pairs.

Went in trying to find a supportive shoe for work that was going to give me some width, arch/ankle support and comfort. Greeted when I walked in and when I was trying on shoes associates asked if I needed help. After trying on several shoes and not finding anything, an associate named Bailey ended up assisting me with finding the right shoe. She was very kind, welcoming , patient and gave excellent customer service/advice. The Chicago ridge location is very spacious and has more variety than a lot of shoe carnivals in my area. Ended up getting the Nike Air Monarch IV. Will visit again!

I ordered a new pair of gym shoes and have not received them yet I should have gotten 2 days ago very disappointed.

The cashier was VERY helpful and understanding with my daughter throwing a fit lol overall very positive attitudes on all employees and they were very helpful 👍

My son needed shoes and we found what he wanted. So much to pick from. There was no way he couldn't find something he liked.

Good place to shop

Well stocked store, great location right by Chicago Ridge Mall. Plenty of parking. Great customer service. Quick checkout, at least when I went.

I can always find a great pair of shoes here. This location is better stocked than the other Shoe Carnivals.
