Speedway

This location feels exactly like what a neighborhood gas station should feel like, thanks to Camber and her entire team. I had a vehicle issue, and Camber and the young gentleman who was working with her went above and beyond in helping me. Thanks to Camber and the entire team over at Speedway!

Nice station. Since it switched to Speedway it has new secure pumps to prevent identity theft. Also has the Speedway rewards program allowing you to earn points from purchases

Very friendly gas station, the girls that are there now in the afternoon are very pleasant!

Needed windshield washer fluid. Had to be able to see out my windshield.

New manager great. New pumps and new checkout look nice.

Busy, but a nice gas station. Everything is very open and visible which is nice for night time fill ups.

Go here often as its convenient for me location wise. Employees are usually nice. Bit slow though as 2 of their 3 check out lanes are almost always closed even though they have enough employees to help..just not very organized.

One of the guys behind the counter is always rude and and they typically aren't snap to when a customer is there. But they do have a mean kit kat selection

Went to get air in my bike tire and sodas. They wanted $1.50 for air so I didn't get air or sodas. I may not even go back

Eagan okay need a item 25 cents or less. Maybe a secret service.

If you allow an ATM in your store that gives $50’s, you should make sure that the counter staff is able to give change for it.. been here too many times where my transaction has had to be canceled & I’ve had to go to the Holiday C-Store across the street all due to the way you deal with giving change.. I like the rewards program (I have well over 75,000 points, I used to come here quite often) but not enough to waste my time anymore hoping that this store has enough change.. you’re losing a lot of business because of this. Hopefully someday you’ll figure out a way to make the staff feel safe while making the customer feel like they are #1.. until then, I have no other option than to go to the store that is best for me, which isn’t Super America atm.

**horrible** customer service, employees treat customers like an annoyance, not like they need us to stay in business. In particular two older employees named Mary and Glen. No greeting as you enter the store like most stores, no "thank you for coming" or "see you next time" after you check out. Glen didn't even offer me a bag for the food items I bought today. I go here because its extremely close to my business and the location is convenient but there are other choices on my way to the office, so I may explore those instead tomorrow so I don't feel like I'm a bother to anyone.
