Incredible place..... impressive selection. The attention to detail in the organization of everything is amazing. The group of volunteers that run it are obviously committed to their cause. We got everything we needed for an electrical project plus some other handy odds and ends. We'll definitely be returning.

Amazing place that EVERY CITY should have - a place to donate and buy tools, household repair things, etc.; instead of throwing them into the landfill. Also, the proceeds help seniors stay in their homes!!
It is all volunteer run by a local church ministry and many of the volunteers are seasoned,
retired engineers and craftsmen who are super friendly and - THEY ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT!!
I have to limit my visits because for me, it's like being a kid in a candy store. BTW, the prices are great. Go here first before a big box store!!

It is a great source for common and uncommon tools and supplies at excellent prices. My personal shop is equipped in a way I could never afford without the Tool Thrift Shop.
Our volunteers have a wide variety of experience, and enjoy helping people with their projects and tool purchases.

Awesome place! They have lots of good tools and Hardware at unbelievable prices. It's a friendly place. All the workers are volunteers and they are quick to share their knowledge with you. 75% of the sales go to another group of volunteers who help senior citizens stay in their homes.

This place is wonderful! If you are looking for something specific it might not be your place, but those who work there are lovely, there's a great selection that changes frequently, and you can find some really amazing deals! And the proceeds go to a wonderful cause. This is the definition of shopping local to get those warm and fuzzy do-good feelings.

Quality tools like they just don't make any more. Discount prices on a revolving treasure trove. You never know what you will find which is definitely a part of the attraction! Support seniors live independently and get just the right tool for every job. Need a fastener or specialty hardware? Look no further.

I love the Tool Thrift Shop . There's no telling what I'll find here. When I'm looking for tools and hardware, I stop here before going to a traditional store. Even if I don't find what I'm looking for, I usually find things I'll need for another project. To top it all off, the prices are a small fraction of retail.

Great place to shop for tools! Prices can't be beat as the tools are all donated to support the Fairport Baptist Home. From hand tools to table saws they have it all (if you are there at the right time, things don't stick around for long). Check their website as the hours are limited.

This is a great place to browse for that thing you didn't know you needed to make doing whatever you do easier. If they don't have what you need (barring tools with gas engines or that need batteries), then you're too picky. They have a wall of furniture handles and hinges. They have every kind of fastener you need. Electrical sockets, wires, connectors, lamps, outlets and their covers; automotive stuff, plumbing stuff (including soldering irons, solder, flux, pipe wrenches of every size), AND Tools for tightening, loosening, sanding, cutting, digging, chopping, raking, banging and leveling. Check the stripes for up to 75% off.

The best tool store ever. Literally has it all. New tools and vintage tools. Everytime I have gone there, I got what i needed and extras i found. Knowledgeable staff too

When I visit family in upstate NY, routinely go to Tool Thrift Shop and find unique tools for woodworking. A fun toy store for craft minded woodworkers.

Great place for inexpensive used or vintage tools, fasteners, and fittings. I often check here before going to big box or hardware stores because the price is much lower and proceeds benefit a worthy charity.

This is the best idea ever. I picked up a bunch of quality tools I needed to get my hardscaping business of the ground last year. I'll be back for more soon!

While perhaps a bit crowded this store offers a wide variety of tools at great prices. Definitely worth checking out!

Clean store, the staff is friendly and they have the best deal. Check there hours since they're not always open your standard time. But they are open various hours for you!
