DEBRA was so nice and sweet at the pump had such GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
She was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. Most places do not. I will be back to see her.

The chicken was fresh. Extremely tasty. The spicy tenders were really spicy but tasted wonderful. Best spicy variant of chicken I’ve ever had. I haven’t compared price but if it’s cheaper then KFC then they are the solid winner.

Not only was the chicken delicious, they’ve do one of the best jobs of customer service. I would like to point out one employee who specifically standed out. Rory was the definition of good customer service. She was very attentive, kind, and had a great personality. Thank you!

Never in my wildest dreams I would eat chicken from a gas station. It was delicious!! Clean store, and very nice employee’s I’m on my way there now. Very good you have to try it

I want to start by saying that Glen did a great job helping me navigate through the ordering interface while assuring my food was fresh. Will definitely be coming back, not to mention how quick he made my food

Just grabbed a coffee and some propane but it was very clean, well stocked, and the staff who helped me were friendly.

Amazing experience all the way around .4 am the chicken was fresh and crispy not the employees Kanisha and Glenn were more than helpful had great attitudes and were eager to make it a pleasant and convient experience. All of the night crew are always a pleasure to deal with . Thank you for your hard work and cheerful disposition. Keep up the great work .

Been there twice so far. It’s worth the trip just for their coffee, which is perfect. Had to wait about 15 minutes for my chicken order today, but so what. I’d rather wait for something fresh, instead of getting something that’s been sitting around for an hour. The chicken is juicy, served hot, and tastes great. The potato wedges are just as good. The store was clean both times I was there. I’m looking forward to going back.

In short, their chicken is way better than KFC and if you want all dark meat no problem, want all dark at KFC that’s a problem, Royal Farms a little more expensive but worth it.

I think people really just want to hate this place based on the reviews but it actually puts up a good fight. Is it chick-fil-a? No. Is it still tasty chicken? Yes. I'd say it's better than wawa's chicken. They're totally short staffed but they do a nice job accomodating with self check out. 5 stars to offset the ridiculous reviews but I'd truly rate it a solid 4.5 and would certainly go back.

Chicken tenders are delicious! The store has the regular convenience store stuff you may need.

Keep in mind to order chicken you do need to use a kiosk system.

Drew we thank you with our hearts for taking the time to fix our tire when we were stranded. More people should be like you. Thank you Royal Farms for having an employee that cares and goes above and beyond.

Got the 2pc reg tenders w/fries, 8 bucks!, no dipping sauce, that’s extra..gave me spicy tenders instead, over spiced,horribly hard and dry, mushy potato wedges….Royally bad!, but “world famous?” Somewhere, Col. Sanders is chuckling…nice gas pumps though

I didn't know you were supposed to ask for a straw. I'm rushing with my dad and sister...the employee stops them to give them a straw to give to me...if that doesn't say customer service I don't know what does.
