Donna and Corey Re the best business owner hosts in the olive oil, vinegar, & marketplace business on Main Street in Beacon! Their expertise is unparalleled. They can describe every flavor profile of every product in their store and offer you tasting opportunities along with valuable notes. Their olive oils and vinegars are delicious. I wanted to buy them all! My favorite is the Espresso Premium Balsamic (Vinegar) Condimento & Nocellara del Belice EVOO.

Love this place, incredible selection of curated olive oil varietals and aged balsamic vinegar. Really sweet and delicious. I use the white champagne balsamic for salad dressings, and I put a tiny dab of the 25 year balsamic in my sauces to sweeten and add complexity.

Amazingly artisan vinegars! The owner is super helpful and gave us great ideas to use these most delicious condiments. I highly recommend trying the wonderful delights in this store!

a great stop in Beacon. the woman who helped us co-owns the place with her son if I recall correctly and she was so knowledgeable about all things olive oil and vinegar. we purchased a picual olive oil that was DIVINE as well as the cask aged balsamic vinegar. if I ever go to beacon again I am definitely stopping in.

What a great place for cooks. Primarily has olive oil in refillable bottles. The owner was knowledgeable and friendly.

Great store with quality products. Donna is always very helpful suggesting how to use the various oils and vinegars. Bring the bottles back to save on the cost per ounce. Store also has other favorites such as Harney and Soms teas and pastas.

What a sweet little shoppe! There are so many vinegars and oils to taste and choose from, with conveniently sized and well priced refillable bottles. With a warm
and inviting atmosphere, as well!

I love going here for gifts for anyone, for anything. Good price points for quality oils and vinegars. The store is adorable, as well. The right variety of inventory to buy.

One of the reasons I travel from NYC to Beacon is to visit this shop. Fantastic oils and vinegars! The jalapeno olive oil and sicilian lemon vinegar are my favorites.

I stopped in yesterday on lunch to get a gift for my boss, the store is absolutely adorable and both women who were there were unbelievably helpful & kind. I will definitely be back!
