The UPS Store

The store has been refreshed with new ownership. I ship and return there frequently. It is clean and well kept; there is always enough staff to move the line as quickly as possible; service is friendly and helpful. Not only is the store convenient with adequate parking, it is making shipping a much more pleasant experience.

The place improved for the better it’s not crowded. It’s not cluttered since there is a new owner. The staff members are pleasant and happier. The previous owner was miserable now when I walked in to that store not a busy line , not cluttered, and the workers are pleasant. 5 stars to the new owner for the improvement.

I frequent this UPS store and others throughout my travels. By far this one has been one of the best . Staff is on point and friendly. I must say they are quite busy and may be overwhelmed at times. For that, I understand if they cannot give special attention to any one person at times. Great place for all your shipping needs and then some.

I first started coming here when I had to drop off pre-paid UPS packages that were returns to online retailers, and because of the nice employees I started to come back to ship some things every once in a while. The prices for the shipping supplies are very, very reasonable – although some boxes are strangely expensive. The only downside I find is that the store is very small, often full of packages, and usually very busy!

When you go into a small locally-owned UPS store like this you should have the respect and patience to be able to wait in line for a few minutes.

And for god's sake, if you you have a FedEx package, you can't bring it here! (Almost every time I've been in the store, someone has walked in with a pre-paid FedEx package that they tried to drop off...)

I have used this UPS store for 17 years and, let me tell you, this is one of the best UPS stores you will ever find. Don, the owner, is amazing and ALWAYS helpful. He will be able to help you with just about anything you need when it comes to shipping. His staff is great and always friendly. They have been an essential part of my business and will continue to be so. Thank you!!!

I have worked with this UPS store location for years. We utilize them as a proxy for receiving and shipping things with Frequency they have helped us greatly and I can always depend on them for attention to detail and accommodating my requests. I saw a previous review on here and I can say the owner Don has helped RJL Technology Integration and myself many times.

Awesome Place!!! EVERYONE is so professional and courteous and PATIENT!!! A gem of a store and they do so many different things!! Lucky to have them!! And thank you for being open and a consistently reliable place always.... but, especially in these past few months of craziness!! STAY WELL!!

UPS is one of the largest and greatest business that have been corporate it for many years of service UPS is need able for the peoples needs now more then ever do to covid-19 useful for transferring the covid- 19 and covid-19 medical prescriptions carrie out thru UPS carriers
