I can’t say enough about this company as a whole. This morning, John Riley, ensured that my customer experience exceeded expectations. Specifically, he initiated contact with me to make sure my needs were met and why I was visiting this location. I continue to be loyal to Sheetz, as they always over deliver. Thank you John for a great experience!

Sheetz is always a good place for a quick affordable lunch. They are friendly and pretty much always get the order right. All the fountain drinks are the same price so you can get a really big one for a bargain. They have pretty good shakes to go along with your meal at a reasonable price. With friendly staff, affordable food and free air for your tires how can you go wrong. Also everyone was wearing a mask so that was good to see!

Clean. Stocked shelves. Pleasant, attentive and friendly staff . Staff all had smiles on their faces with friendly tone of voice and mannerisms.

Food was unhealthy and amazing. It is hard to believe that you can get food that taste this good at a gas station.

I know this is a bit late posting this I just wanted to say that I had a young man name juju help me out with some purchases and was a little confused about witch cigarettes I needed but he was so nice and respectful to me and helping not only me but someone else out on another register and he had the most positive attitude even tho the lady that was the manager come to find out was being such a rude person to him but he still kept up the hard work and was still super positive he was the best an I thought I would recognize him

I can't be more grateful to the staff of this Sheetz, particularly John Riley, who saw the turmoil we were in with two young children and provided them with a happy distraction and a lesson in generosity.

After a flat tire on I-885, no usable spare, a ride in a Sheriff's car to get to safety (The Sheetz at 3021 S Miami Blvd), our little girls were exhausted. John popped out, immediately recognizing the situation, offering two slushies on the house (he pulled out his own card and refused a tip/reimbursement). The staff was super helpful during the rush and we couldn't have thanked them all more.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. You really helped turn a scary moment into a fun experience for our family ❤❤

Sheetz has several different foods I like to eat at breakfast and lunch. They do have self checkouts so you can jump the line on most days and get in and out fairly quickly. But with that said , the place is usually packed.

Great customer service. The two young ladies at the cash register that helped me, they honestly made my day! My day hasn't even started yet but they made it and that I do appreciate

What more can you say than that Sheetz is the definition of convenience. They have such a huge selection of different snakcks and drinks. I love there made to order food system. Their food is amazing, not the cheapest, but worth the money. I stop here in the mornings for a breakfast sandwich and coffee,which their selection of coffee is excellent. You can really benefit from the Sheetz card, both in store and for getting gas. Overall Sheetz is just an amazing place

Well it's a gas station, so five stars seems a little over the top, but for a gas station it's the best. Great coffee. The food isn't any worse that what you'd get at any fast-food place, either, and a lot of it is downright tasty. Way better than Chick-fil-A.

One of my favorite convenience stores. They make a lot of delicious food there to order, and you can do it with their easy peesy touch screens which makes the process fun. The place is huge with lots of selection, and their salads are massive - I usually eat them as two meals.

I'm disabled, and I always place my orders online so I don't have to wait. When I get to the register, the cashier always gets my order for me and brings it to the register.
The customers are usually helpful as well, and will hold the doors open for me.

Antwone went out of his way to find an item in the back that was out of stock only because I commented on it being out. Amazing customer service. I didn't even think to ask if there were more anywhere else. Something so simple made my day. Thank you!

I have been a regular Sheetz customer for a few years now and I absolutely love the place. I only wish there were more of them in other towns across the state. I am still waiting for one to open in Jacksonville NC

Initially had a problem with a manager out here and this store being labeled as 24 hours, but was actually closed from 2am-4am on Sundays and another day.

Edit: A customer service rep contacted me, and took measures to reimburse me for my cab ride I took to come to this location while it was closed and took measures to coordinate hours better, so I've updated the review.

Every time I walk into this gas station, the employees are so polite and helpful. Not what you would expect for a gas station of all places. Of course, it's their job to be helpful, but you just don't see it at other chain gas stations.

Fast friendly service, 24 hrs, grill (made to order) beer, sodas, chips but healthy options like fruit, yogurt and nuts/cheese, wide variety of coffees and espressos, has gas and disel, air machine, restrooms, wheel chair accessible, outdoor seating and a RedBox video machine. Clean, clerks polite and efficient. Typical Sheetz but better.
