Great Stops

I want to take a moment to compliment the attendant on duty yesterday evening. We are renovating our basement and don't have use of our washer and dryer right now, so I brought my clothes in for the Wash, Dry, & Fold service around 5:30PM, not expecting to get them back until the following day. The girl had them done by 7:30 the same night. When I picked up my clothes, they smelled SO good, they were folded neatly, and they were thoroughly dry. The attendant was all smiles, and made me feel very comfortable leaving all of my clothing with her. I had some clothes that were mildewed from being left wet after a trip to the lake, and she took care to wash them twice for me! I will absolutely come back to this location in the future, and that girl should get a raise!

Never been impressed by a gas station but this is one of the cleanest i have ever been to. The cashier Brandon was enthusiastic and a pleasure to wrok with. Highly recommend

Staff is friendly. Prices are high but it is convenient.

This place is okay for a slum gas station. It needs to be renovated and have security guards, customers shouldn't be robbed and have no video camera footage even though there are several posted around the station.

Most of the washers and dryers don't work or they're moldy in the rubber seals. WiFi is spotty and the arcade games to pass time don't work either. I only come here because the few machines that do work get the job done, but whenever my washer and dryer are repaired, I'm never coming here again. Whoever owns this place is probably a slumlord, too.

store is horrible and costumer service is terrible , i had a old honey bun from two years ago and they wouldnt even refund me my money back. wouldnt go there if it was the last gas station IN THE WORLD . lol

Janky laundromat is NOT 24 hrs as advertised on every sign (closed 10p-7a). 90% of machines don't work. At least 2 gas pumps out of service always. Bathroom is locked and "out of service" most days. One particular employee who drives a VW is very rude and thinks WAAYY too much of her cashier skills. Saw her outright ban someone for getting a free drink on their pitiful new app. Place used to be decent 10 years ago. They seem to have never heard of the word maintenance. Might as well go back to citgo and call it quits at this location .

You can't have the store closed at anytime between 6am and 7am every damn morning! That is when most of your morning traffic comes in!!

$101.00 preauthorization on a gas pump. Avoid this place like the plague.

I am from out of town. Machines say 30 minute cycle. one of the machines won’t shut off and I can’t get my clothes out either! I have been waiting for over an hour! Just get a bucket of warm water and soap do it at home! Hang them outside would be quicker. Most of the machines are not working. Attendant is very nice and polite though! Kudos for her!! I wish there was a number I could talk to the manager about these issues but there is none available.

I love great stops but this particular one SUCKS! I do my laundry here from time to time. Today I had to move my clothes from the dryers 3 times due to them not working, finally I get them in the dryers that "work" and check them 30 minutes later and they are completely saturated. I am PISSED. The lady working here is very nice and tried to do everything she could for me. I just feel like I pay money here and nothing works. It's very time consuming and this is my only day off. Over half of the dryers are not working in the facility. I wouldn't recommend doing your laundry here.

Open 24 hrs. mean you unlock your doors for customers to enter the store.

Been to this laundromat once before with no problems. But today 5/31/20 i had to go back and since i had no issues before i figured why not.Left to walmart for no more then a half hr. Came back and my clothes were removed from the washer and placed in a basket in front of the tendent window. When i went to find a dryerr there were no working ones and the ones that were available did not close. My sons clothes were in the dryer and when we returned home he realized all his tommy Hilfiger underwear was missing. They left him with one pair of underwear. I Will never go to this laundromat again.

Store is not considered open 24hrs if employees are locking doors after hours
