Abigail was an amazing dental professional. She takes her time and does a very thorough job cleaning my teeth. She has a great bedside manner. She takes time to pause every few seconds, so that you can rinse and relax your jaw. She also did the best job of flossing that I’ve ever experienced over the many many years and many many dentist I seen. I highly highly recommend requesting Abigail for all of your appointments

Dr. Diana is also amazing. She is in no hurry to leave, and wants to sit down with you, and really take the time to discuss the health of your teeth. She is definitely not like some other dentists I have visited where they just want to get you in and out the door so they can move onto the next patient. She truly truly cares about her patients and the health of their teeth.

I'm always nervous when visiting the dentist but everyone made me feel so at ease. From checking in with Karen, getting my ex rays with Sierra and explaining things to me. Abby doing my cleanings and Dr. Dianna examining me and giving me my next treatment plan. I would most definitely recommend to anyone who is willing to listen.

My visit was amazing..I was very nervous but the front desk, dental hygienist and doctor calmed me and it was a successful visit!!! Luv the team!!! The ladies that checked me on and out are always friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate seeing their smiling faces and positive attitudes.

Was my first time here. Other family members recommended. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Did not have to wait for my appointment. All personnel explained everything that was needed and made me feel very comfortable. I have vertigo and they were very accommodating. Had a wonderful experience.

My youngest son had his first appointment today and Lane and Associates. They were just as great as they were with my older son. Abby is awesome and made him feel comfortable through his cleaning. Dr G was very kid friendly as was the front desk employee Ms Karen. She greets us with a smile every time. Ciara was in and out, helping as needed and gave the same optimal service as the others. We love this office and would recommend to adults and children alike.

I recently had a procedure at Lane & Associates and was treated with such great care. Dr. Flynn and his assistant Chiquita was amazing. They explained step by step what was going to take place. Their attention to detail and care is amazing. A big thank you to the wonderful clerk Kimberly who was able to help me save over $600 for my procedure with a Veterans discount. I had a great experience with Lane and Associates. I would recommend to family and friends.

My second visit with Shannon was great, which is the type of service that I usually get at Lane. She took her time, was very professional in the way she communicated. I’ve requested her as the hygienist that I’d like to see. Unfortunately, I did not receive this type of service the day before with another young lady. . She even yelled at me as if she thought i could not hear her. That really left a bad impression of her on me.

Went for a general cleaning after it had been a couple years. Researched NC dentists to find a good one, not being from here. Lane & Associates welcomed me like family and made my experience very comfortable. My hygienist, Shannon, was thorough and respectful. I will be back again!!

Many great experiences. I do not like getting dental work done as most do not. Specifically had to have a front tooth repaired and filled and was extremely nervous.

However as always Briana, Maria and Diana answered any questions and were extremely nice and calm the entire time. This goes with all staff at this location I've delt with. Give these nice people your business if you live in the triad and have teeth ☺

From the front door to the procedure room exceptional service. Mrs. Karen( receptionist) super polite and patient. Sierra my assistant sweet and soft spoken, Jennifer my hygienist was great super informative, amazing job cleaning, and lastly Dr. G great bedside manners also very informative and personable. This was my first visit here and I will definitely return my new family dentistry!

Dr Davis is an angel in my book , was going to lose several teeth and she got it down to 3 with her years of knowledge and experience. Now it wasn't pleasant or without a small amount of discomfort. But without what she did I could have ended in the hospital or died with a double abscess which I ignored. She was professional and very understanding with the fact I am terrified of a dentist. I am well now and living life as I should and not worrying about my teeth as I did. I would recommend anyone with a problem to see her if you are in any pain. Do not judge a place by a review when it comes to your health. Every experience is different. But if your in pain they want to help you . Dr Davis is my go to . She's my angel 😇

Dee and Dr. Mac are exemplary, as are all of the staff I've ever interacted with at Lane Dentistry. They take really good care of their patients both with high quality skill and genuine kindness. 10/10 recommended

I had an appointment to get 4 wisdom teeth removed. On 10/26/2023 at 11:00 AM I checked in and underwent anesthesia because I didn’t want to be up for the surgery. My post surgery experience was great the pain medication I was prescribed lasted for 11 days and after the 11th day I did not have anymore swelling or pain and my gums seemed to heal up good. I am able to incorporate more solid foods each day. The doctor and all the staff were fantastic. I would recommend their services to everyone.

Excellent experience from the smile that greeted me when I checked in to Shannon and Cheyenne who did my cleaning and X-rays! Made the dentist experience so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend them for your dental needs!

Karen was wonderful working the front desk. Maria b, Diana, and sierra was wonderful they made me feel welcomed.

Mrs.Deanna and Mrs. Lindsey did such a great job on my tooth feeling today. The vibes were really great.It was one of the best experiences I ever had at a dentist.

This dental office is wonderful, top to bottom! Every person I interacted with was so kind and helpful and did a fabulous job.

Karen and Brianna at the reception desk were incredibly welcoming, and took great care in making sure I understood all the options for payment and my free whitening assessment; the assistant that took my first xray and set me up in the exam room, Lindsey, was super sweet and efficient; the hygienest that cleaned my teeth, Abby, was also lovely and did a great job cleaning my teeth, and the dentist Dr. Glavich was wonderful and gave me great advice on how to maintain my dental health going forward! I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental office!

Great service, the hygienist and periodontist were quick and very professional. I had transferred from Tar Heels Periodontist in Durham and needed to find a Periodontist in the area. Their service was good, will definitely come back again vs going to the periodontist in Durham.
