I found myself perched on what can only be described as a throne fit for a queen, right in the middle of a bustling store. As I waited for my niece to emerge in a parade of prom dresses, I dove into the most hilariously bizarre reading collection. Who knew 'Advanced Theories in Alien Gardening' could be so riveting? Every page turn was an adventure, almost making me forget I was in a dress shop and not exploring a different universe

Very helpful staff. I had called a few times to inquire about a sold out dress and Justin made a huge effort to hunt me down the last one. Him and Millie were extremely helpful and kind. Go visit them!

I love this store; the clothes are comfortable but also professional, and the associates are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I've been heading into the office more and need oversized sweaters, and Milly saved me. I told him what I was looking for, and he picked many great pieces. I searched my usual haunts (Nordstrom, J.Crew, Banana Republic, Quince, etc.) for a couple of weeks and even scoured the COS website but was unsuccessful. Milly saved the day. Thank you!

I find myself looking for the perfect retail store, I come from New York City where I've been treated nicely by sales associates and employees but I've never had a real genuine interaction with an employee until I had visited this COS store. I have to say, I still think about this moment and smile. I had went into the store and was kindly greeted, looking for a new pair of trousers to go to a formal event. I saw many well-dressed employees, but only one had invoked something in me. His attire was unique, yet formal. It was pretty obvious that he was fashionable, so I gravitated towards him. I happened to recognize his shoes, Guidi boots! I had bought my Italian wife the same exact pair, and seeing he knew about the brand was beautiful. He knew many brands, ones that not the average person knows. Raf Simons and Rick Owens were two brands that he said he'd personally wear regularly, along with Issey Miyake and Yohji Yamamato. His pants, wide legged and unique also interested me. He asked if everything was alright and I told him yes, and about how I recognized his shoes. He'd then started a genuine conversation with me about his footwear, his wardrobe and even offered to let me know some nice spots in Boston. This employees name I believe was Andrew, but his attire was more intriguing than his name. He helped me figure out my size, chatted with me and eventually helped me buy the perfect trousers from COS, and I must say I will definitely come again. Remember, if you come, ask for Andrew!

TLDR; Employee named Andrew at this COS establishment helped me complete my quest finding the perfect retail store (I'd traveled to PA, CT and NJ whilst searching and this was my most unique experience)

Extremely helpful staff. This is a small store, so more like a capsule COS compared to the NYC location, but they did have a dress that I could not find online and the selection was more than enough for me. I love that they do not discriminate against people of color in either their online catalog or the staffing of their stores. This is one brand I always try on in person because their sizing varies a lot, and some styles look better in different sizes. I have things from COS ranging from XS to M and I wear a 6-8 in normal size. Also plenty of cropped pants, very good for short people as well as tall people.

What a tasteful and minimalistic European brand. The quality is incomparable as well as pricing for materials such silk and wool. You can’t find pieces like this for the price they offer just over $100 you can get 100% wool dress, sweater or skirt. When other retailers offer it in hundreds of dollars. Absolutely must if your style is simplicity and comfort.

Excellent style exhibited by both the store and the clothing line. Their T shirts have unique understated patterns and feel well-made. I'll be back to try their dress shirts.

Litteraly my favorite store in the world. Perfect day to night pieces. High quality basics that last me years. I've shopped at Cos in Hong Kong and London and thrilled to know we now have one in Boston!!!!!!!
