Customer service is great; very helpful. They had boots in my size in stock which is great! Didn’t have to order online. Highly recommend if you are looking for boots.

Great selection of clothing and footwear, staff was very pleasant and easy to talk to, and they were genuinely happy to have you there. Felt like going into a close friends store even on the 1st of many more to come visits.

Love this place! Customer service was great and the workers are very friendly. Pretty decent selection of boots and clothing, and they even had toys for my little ones to play with while I tried some jeans on.

Top notch quality products from hats, to vests, to jeans, to bouts and even saddles. They're always polite, helpful and welcoming. Will definitely be going back for whatever western attire needs I have in the future.

Their prices are a little high, but not without reason, the products are name brand and top quality, I bought a Stetson hat and it was definitely worth the price ($160), although they do have quality items for cheaper prices down to $25 and $45 if you don't want to spend a lot on an item.

Drove up from Roanoke today to purchase Jean's. Debbie at the western store was AMAZING !!!!! She worked with me until I found what I needed. Also she told me about Rose Taylor, Rose is hemming them while I wait...Both locations are just awesome. NEVER would have received this kind of service from either location in Roanoke. I will be back !!!

Very knowledgeable and courteous staff will definitely return there again my wife had been looking everywhere for a pair of quality women's cowboy boots and she was given the Royal Treatment they made sure she found exactly what she was looking for I wasn't looking for anything and managed to buy two very nice pairs of blue jeans in my size will definitely return again when I'm in the area quality products at a reasonable price great place to do your Christmas shopping

This store has a big selection of men's women's and even children's clothing. They have boots, shirts, jeans, hat bands, and even horse tack, and saddles. Make it a point to stop in. If you like western clothes then you'll find something you like there
