Max Market

I will always stop in Max Market for lunch while down by the ballpark. Food is delicious and generous portions. For being downtown its not overly priced. Reminds me of the type or deli you'd find in NY but with a Colorado twist! Thanks for always having something yummy to try! And don't forget to grab a lemon bar for desert!

One of my favorite spots in Denver! My apartment building is right above this spot and I love going down for quick snacks. They easily have the best breakfast burritos in the state

Had the New York chop sandwich added bacon witha side of broccoli & cheese soup very reasonable price and very fulfilling.They also have a breakfast sandwich called the triple threat (umougst) others that are also great& variety of lil man's ice cream I love it.I will most definitely be revisting in the future.

Haven’t had a real deli sandwich since moving to Denver from NYC. Boy this place finally delivered. Real home baked bread and boars head cold cuts. Stacked up like a real hero. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Staff was hella friendly too. I’ll be back here as often as possible

Never had bad food from here. The Italian sandwich and breakfast burritos are my favorites. Pints of Little Man ice cream are awesome, you have to try the space junkie.

Love this place. Great food, really nice people. All of their sandwiches are great. Convenient place to go for some everyday goods too if you live nearby. Highly recommend!

I freaking love this little market. They truly have a little bit of everything. AND they have awesome breakfast burritos all day for only, like, five bucks. They also carry Little Man Ice Cream and make great milkshakes and espresso shakes. We come here any time we're in need of something small for the house or for a recipe. They have everything!

I don't give out 5-star reviews often, but this place deserves it. You can tell Max really loves the store, his customers, and his work. Everyone's chill. Good vibes. The sandwiches are some of the best in town, and they usually carry most flavors of Little Man ice cream.

Real deal east coast deli. Everything that an east coast deli is supposed to be. They serve boars head, the Reuben is spot on, and the Taylor ham egg and cheese brings me back to my childhood in NJ. If you’re from the east coast go here.

This place is the BEST! Perfect neighborhood market that carries all the essentials, so you don’t have to haul it to a big supermarket every time you need something. You can tell the owner (Max) puts a lot of care into selecting high quality products and classic favorites. They have a great espresso bar for cappuccinos, mocha lattes, drip coffee etc. plus fresh baked goods (you MUST try the homemade bocadillos!). And, as if this place didn’t have it all, they have a deli with hot and cold sandwiches and other items, plus an ice cream shop! The entire staff is so friendly and gives the place a very neighborly feel. Thank you Max Market!

We got there about 15 minutes after the deli closed and the guy working went out of his way to make us some DELICIOUS sandwiches when he absolutely didn’t have to.

My friends always look forward to snagging a sandwich at Max’s and he made their dream come true!

We love Max's. It's a great place for pretty much anything you need from household cleaners, to limited stationary supplies. It has a plentiful grocery selection, delicatessen, and ice cream! You can even get some pet food and supplies there. Everyone who works there is so kind!

These guys are great! I was a lunchtime regular in the pre-'rona times, but I haven't seen them since before the pandemic because our office was closed and I don't live downtown. As before, I was greeted as soon as I walked in and my lunch was made from scratch quickly and with care. Don't let the angry tourists fool you -- never had a bad meal or a bad experience here and don't expect I ever will. Sandwiches are delicious, too. Try the southwest turkey or the rotisserie chicken!

I go here often, and really like Max's Market. The staff is always nice and friendly. The deli food is fresh and prepared well. And they have a nice selection of healthy snacks and drinks. A little bit pricey, but the convenience can't be beat!

I got there Barbecue Chicken Rotisserie Bacon and white Cheddar Cheese w/o the Crispy Fried Jalapeno with a side of macaroni salad and it was awesome all of it tastes very good as I was waiting I was looking around the store it is clean saw the ice cream and desserts and the next time I'm in there I will be trying some of them as well I will be going back to this store it does have a few things that are convenient as for it just around the corner from my apartment building.

Was only visiting for the weekend and stopped here all three days I was in town.The cookies are THE BEST! The owner was so nice and helpful. Will definitely be back, my new favorite little shop, can’t wait to try the sandwiches next time!
