AT&T Store

Today I visited the AT&T store after being unable to resolve an issue with my phone, Rolando took the time to completely resolve our issue. He was friendly patient and extremely knowledgeable. It was a pleasure dealing with him, and I will return to the store for any of my AT&T telephone needs. I highly recommend this store, both Rolando
& Abner provided excellent customer service.

This is my favorite store in the area!! Love the team there, filled with kindness and dedication towards giving the best service possible. The manager Chris was very caring and made sure we were taken care. Can't recommend this place enough!

Best ATT in coral cables if you're looking for a well managed store with a book of promotion!! come to this store these guys are so good at taking the time in finding promotions that that can be applied to the account. Come to this store and come see the manager Christian you won't regret it

Ive been with AT&T for a few years now and have had no complaints. Even in remote areas I get signal! When I came to the store today, I was attended by a welcoming rep named Agustin and promptly assisted. I wanted to add another business line and was able to in a matter of minutes. They had a great promotion for the new phone I was getting and had a great deal on accessories. Loved the service at this store 🙌

I’ve been with Verizon for 10 years and had zero issues but I ran into the manager Agustin outside the store. He invited me to check out some of the offers and honestly he sold me. No only did he give me a great price for my 10 business lines but did it all under an hour. Great place highly recommend this AT&T store!!

I was searching for an AT&T store that would be helpful in trading out my phone for an upgrade. All of the AT&T stores in my area were backed up and the customer service was subpar. I came to this store in the shopping center with TGI Fridays and the customer service was incredible. Agustin was great and helped me with what I needed in no time. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Went to the store location and the representative by Maria and Alex they was very kind . Alex took his time with me to help me with my needs and he was very knowledgeable of all the products that AT&T has to offer. I also have home services with AT&T and he took his time to help me save money. If you ever need to come to this location "Alex and Maria” are the people to see. They have great customer services skills.

Great experience ! Luis was so helpful and nice and the Manager Michael was also very helpful and nice. They both helped in getting us a better plan and assisted with my new phone!! I will go back with these two!!!!

I was looking to change my phone and buy another for my work and I arrived at this store where Agustin and Francisco helped me with the best of plans with 2 excellent promotions and even royalties they dedicated themselves to helping me, really good service, everything is excellent, I recommend it 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Alex has to be the best I've dealt with. Definitely felt in good hands and very informed after he gelp me get the right plan and right phone. I recommend this store to anyone looking to get the best upgrade.

I recently went to this AT&T store to buy a new phone and do other things. When I got there they helped me immediately, Raul the store manager provided excellent service, and was very knowledgeable about all of the promotions and possible discounts I could get. I would recommend coming to this store, it's one of the better AT&T stores in the area because I went to other stores closer to me and they didn't help at all.
