I showed up late Friday after my husband got off work to replace the battery in my vehicle. We just happened to catch the only person (Jon) who knew how to change the battery in my VW. Both Jon and Michael got to work on changing the battery for us. Which included removing the drivers seat. We were so thankful for Jon’s vast knowledge, and willingness to help. They were done within 45 minutes and we were on our way. I am thoroughly impressed by Jon and Michael, I have dealt with both of them before and have always had a great experience. I will always come back to this specific store just to get a sale from them.

The guys here are great! Went to two other battery retail stores and both were unable to assist me, and did not give me as good of a price for the battery I purchased. Walked in and out of Battery Outfitters within a few minutes. Not only with a brand new battery, but also professional installation.

We get batteries from Battery Outfitters on a regular basis. The service there is always top notch and and the staff is very knowledgeable. Mike helped us this time cutting keys for a vehicle to replace a broken spare key. He spent a good bit of time making sure the key was perfect before we left. The cost was very reasonable and he took great care of us.

First time- thrilled with the service from Mike. He solved two key fob issues. Little did I know it was free Friday key fob day! No charge for free fob battery! I will definitely go back and highly recommend.

Michael did a great job in helping us replace the battery in one key fob, and providing us with an additional key fob and getting everything programmed!

Service was so prompt, and Michael even gave my toddler a coloring page while we were in there. It was a nice personal touch. Great place!

A few days ago, I stopped by Battery Outfitters on South Campbell in Springfield, Missouri, to have a new key fob cut and programmed. It has been many years since I visited this store, so I really didn't know if they would be able to help me. I found that they were able to help, and along the way, Jon and Mike were very professional and kind. I noticed that these gentlemen were pleasant and professional with the other customers as well. I will certainly shop at this store in the future as the needs arise. Thanks guys!

Jon at the South Campbell location did an excellent job of changing out my batteries in my truck. Jon inform me about the difference in the batteries that my truck could use and was very helpful. I highly recommend Battery Outfitters. It's actually the only place that I will take my vehicle and where I recommend my friends and family to.
