We had so much fun ! Chris, the salesman who helped us in making our family room comfortable and cozy, was fantastic! He did research for us and really tried to understand our needs and wants. He is super nice, knowledgeable, funny and personable. We really appreciated his input and enthusiasm to help us. I would suggest this store and encourage others to ask for Chris. He made it so much easier for us. I had been to three other places browsing where i felt like I was taking up too much ofvthe salesperson's time. I felt rushed and likevMy questions were silly. It felt uncomfortable and defeating. Slumberland was the last stop on our journey. Chris was exactly what we needed to help us make final decisions on our room. Christmas is going to be splendid now with all the coziness we were looking for. Thank you 😊 I recommend this store for the service, product and prices.

I have been into the Owatonna Slumberland store multiple times in the last month. I've had the pleasure of being greeted by Chris, on most of my visits. He has been so great to work with, and I will be recommending him, and the store to friends and family.

Came in like 40 minutes before close and was still met up at the front and helped instantly. Overall the best experience I’ve had at this store and honestly best experience I’ve had at any furniture store.

Like to give a shout out to Tressa Start for the great experience. Definitely recommend dealing with her, I know I’ll be asking for her from here out.

Love this place they know me when I walk in or call. They remember my name. Always remembers what I have already bought and helpful with what I am needing. Chris ROCKS

Chris, my sales person was knowledgeable, professional and gave suggestions without being pushy. The process was quick and efficient. The delivery drivers were very nice. I have purchased items at Slumberland before and it is always a good experience.

I came in to browse for a new chair. Carter was amazing. He was friendly and intelligent and guided us in the right direction but gave us our space. When we were ready to buy he made everything easy. Great employee. Thanks for making our shopping experience fun. We will be back!

Jordan Watkins was the team member who helped us make our purchase. He was really great at helping us find what we were looking for and giving us the space to decide. When it came to purchasing he laid out everything so it was easy to understand and we could choose the option that worked be for us. Overall, it was a positive experience and we would shop there again.

We told him what we wanted he did not try to up-sell to get his commission higher. Answered our questions with knowledge and the overall experience was great! fast & easy we were in and out the only thing was that for the particular couch that she wanted we have to wait four to five weeks. Other than that everything is great

I had purchased a well known brand mattress online and hated it. I would have been better off sleeping on the floor. I had went to a different store and it took 20 mins for me to get helped and that lady wasn’t helpful at all so I left and went to slumberland down the street. My goal was to buy a mattress and hopefully take it home same day. I walked into slumberland and was greeted right away. I told him what I was looking for and tried out a few mattresses. He went in the back to check inventory and brought me back there to show me one that wasn’t on the floor that he thought would meet my criteria. He unbagged it for me, I layer on it and I said I would take it. He bagged it back up and help me load it in my truck.
I look young for my age so I tend not to get treated well but the truth is I have money and I will spend it where I feel appreciated. He did a great job! He listened and showed me things that pertained to my criteria’s. I was in and out of the store in less than an hour. Good job slumberland.
