Amazing service. Hannah the store manager answered all of our questions with a smile. Love this location so much. We left with everything we needed and more

I came there with my kiddo and immediately when we walked in the two men working were extremely helpful. I can’t remember their name but younger boys. Was patient, kind, super helpful and on top of things. They made jokes and conversation with my daughter and had an overall great experience.

Friendly, courteous, helpful. Was able to quickly resolve my phone's update glitch.

I was promptly served when I walked in to the store. Micah and Hannah were great to work with and my new phone was set up in less than 30 minutes! They were knowledgeable to answer my questions and were truthful salespeople. I greatly appreciate that. We laughed while I waited and they made the entire experience much more pleasurable than Verizon.

Everyone was friendly, prompt service. I was listened to and my problem was resolved quickly. Great place with wonderful employees.

If I could give 6 stars to this store, but more specifically to their Assistant Manager Hannah, I would in an instant. My phone had become a victim to the now obsolete 3G network and needed replacing - Hannah patiently and kindly walked me through activating my new phone while also explaining to me the reality of cell phones in 2021. She was professional and engaging and made a frustrating experience enjoyable and easy.

A client and I recently visited AT&T to cancel his previous phone plan and open up an account with AT&T. We had a lot of problems with Boost Mobile, and Zach and the Manager of this location were nothing but helpful. They were so helpful, kind & patient. I 10/10 recommend using this company and their services. I appreciate their willingness to help us.

Very pleasant experience.
Isaiah was extremely knowledgeable on AT&T products and services. I went in to get home based wifi service via cell tower. As Isaiah listened to what I was looking for and why I needed it... he introduced me to a new phone for free with Hotspot service. The new phone is great and the internet speed fast in a rural area. I now have the flexibility that I hadn't considered.

The new phone and Hotspot are more than what I went in for and ended up spending LESS money than I had planned originally. A very fun and pleasant experience.

Great customer service! Stephen, the manager, and Zach helped us a lot on upgrading our old phones and was able to resolve my phone’s trade-in problem. I highly recommend this store! Great service, friendly, and very professional! Would definitely come back to this store!

Hanna was super helpful setting up all NEW phones and accessories for the wife and I. She did it with ease and on New Years Eve to boot !!

I went in this evening looking to do something a bit complicated with my plan, it took a lot of patience on behalf of the staff but they helped us out as far as they could, 95% of the way, and got me pointed in the right direction to complete the rest (unfortunately as an authorized retailer they do not have the same level of system access as a corporate store would). I'm greatly appreciative of them.

This store has the best employees. They are courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable in their job. They go above and beyond what it takes to resolve the customer's issue. They are just the best!!!!

Let's just say I had 4 phone calls to customer service which got me a sim micro (when I needed a nano--my current phone has a micro) and no one helpful enough to resolve their mistake. Fast forward to TWO stores with no nanos...the most common sim used in new smart phones...we ended up here. Guy who helped us was equally shocked and extremely helpful. Not impressed with at&t customer service, overall, but this guy actually was helpful and really did his job and did everything he could to make sure I was taken care of.

Went in Wednesday morning and had an amazing experience with Hannah. She was super friendly and made amazing suggestions and was so helpful!!
