The customer service was amazing, the lady that helped me & my mother was very kind,understanding and helpful. Just all around exceptional. Definitely recommend others to us this establishment. It was clean and no wait at all. Which is always a great thing.

Best UPS store I have been to. Staff is always helpful and polite. Today was no exception. A young man named Johnathon waited on me and he was very helpful and friendly. We had a very nice chat while he waited on me. I love the friendly people in this store.

I went yesterday and had the privilege of Jonathan help me with closing contract for a home I just sold out of town. He went beyond helping me, because I had left my glasses at home, so he had to double check the paperwork for me before overnighting the packet! I used most of their business services and it was smooth as silk! He printed, notarized and basically proofread it before putting it in the packet!

Honestly this is my favorite place to run errands! The staff are so pleasant and kind. I love all you the employees and owner they are really hard working establishment. Jonathan is very helpful with tech savvy natured projects and Leah is a sweet heart. I enjoy just being a customer.

Stopped in the Marianna UPS store for copies of a color chart that needed to be enlarged. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Several other customers had issues with email and returning items. The employees were very patient, polite and tried very calmly to resolve the customers’ issues. Would recommend this store. Employees care about the customers.

When I called the UPS store it was represented by a very up beat lady on the phone. Copies black and white only 10 cents each. When I entered the store I was greeted by another very pleasant and helpful lady. The customer service from what I saw and received on my part while there is and was an absolute 5+.

I was returning 3 of my packages today and ran into a little speed bump while trying to send them off. Thank God for the owner Mrs. Jet for being so kind to me and helping me. There really are good people still in the world! Thank u Marianna UPS!!

This UPS store saved my Seahorses. They were shipped a week early without my knowledge, and the store manager Jett and her staff all notified me that my live seahorses had arrived and were leaking a little water. My wife and I ran in the store and got the seahorses acclimated at home. All the seahorses were alive. They really went above and beyond for me and they will you also. I really recommend this store.
