All the staff, here are polite, friendly, and effective. I have been treated better at this store than anywhere else I’ve ever shipped a package from. I sell and ship valuable, fragile collectibles. They are willing to listen, consult on the appropriate solution, and ultimately execute whatever you need for packaging and shipping sensitive items. I wouldn’t think to go anywhere else with my most valuable packages.

Each and every time I have to use their services it is such a wonderful experience. Today was no exception in assisting with faxing a document & purchasing a few folders. Brandon was so kind and very helpful ! He represents this office in a beautiful light .

Friendly, upbeat, experienced staff, minimal wait times, being on a first name basis makes it personable. A very well run business. Been a client for a few years and highly recommend their services at this location.

It was time to renew our passports :-{ I searched the local businesses on the internet, to see where we could have passport photos taken. The UPS Store website had information regarding the photos and the ability to package our completed application, new photos, old passports and fees. William explained the secure mailing process and explained the tracking of package. The UPS Store has a great professional staff that makes shipping easy. Thank you William!

I love this UPS store. Are use it every week for Amazon returns and as an Amazon seller. Everyone is super helpful, and I never have to wait too long because they have enough staff. I do see some lower star reviews, but it seems that they are not for this location. If you are in a rush and need to get stuff out the door, this is the UPS store to stop in.

A few months ago I wrote a mean review. I realize now that I was just taking my bad day out on others and I apologize. That was not an okay thing for me to do.

The UPS Store is a lovely place to go to. The store is always clean and festive. The staff always welcomes me with friendly smiles and a warm greeting. I like how they ask me how my day is going and actually seem interested.
I baked them pumpkin crescent rolls and they were so grateful for the treat . that made me feel really happy. I wouldn't trust anyone else but this awesome team to wrap my stuff with care and expertise. John, who has been there for many years, packs things like they were his own. He makes sure they will arrive at their desitinantion in one piece. Journey, always makes me laugh and is such a sweetheart to everyone who comes in. Jim, the owner, is always happy to answer any questions I may have about different types of packaging choices.
I will definetly be going here for any and all packing needs I have. #UPS

I LOVE your store! You have everything I need for shipping, mailing, copying, etc...and the employees will try their very best to help me with the copy machine as I always need LARGE copies...also you're right down the street from me so its very convenient. Keep up the good work!!!!! ((((I've also noticed people are confusing THIS store in their reviews with the OTHER UPS store down the street on Agoura Road. THAT place is horrible... UGH.))))))

This is my go to UPS store. Friendly people, helpful, help with packages to your car etcetera.
John, who has been there for years, knows his customers by name and goes out of his way to be helpful and kind. This is the only place i go for UPS type services.

After reading the reviews of the location right up the street from me, negative reviews, I went to another local UPS location that someone recommended. Very nice, helpful employees at the Lakeview Canyon Rd location.

I have rented a postal box at this UPS Store for roughly five years with no complaints. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Recommended.

Typical UPS store and I have never had a bad experience here. I have used their notary service as well and that was quick and easy.
