I called ahead for a favor, and Rene took care of me without hesitation. It's not often people go out of their way to help you. This gesture is greatly appreciated, and I will definitely be sending my business to this location. Thanks again Rene!

Jonah at the Loxahatchee groves UPS went above and beyond helping me with a return. Amazon and their vendors were not clear in their return instructions. Jonah took the time to explain the difference in the QR codes, what they mean, how they differ, and which need to be boxed for a label. Very intelligent young man, extremely informative, and patient while explaining so that next time I will arrive ready. While helping me he was still able to expedite the process in order to help others so they didn't have to wait. We need more people like Jonah in our world. Rene is also an excellent employee,a hard worker that never stops. He helped me brainstorm ideas on how to get my package mailed without going home and returning at a later time. He has a beautiful smile on his face at all times and when I came back with a partially wet box he made sure it was taped and secure enough to ship. Both of them helped me fix a mistake and switched labels on to the appropriate boxes. Dynamic Duo!!

I always use this UPS to ship my textbook rentals back to Amazon. They offer affordable shipping envelopes and other shipping products. Also the employees are super friendly and helpful.

I went in to return items I no longer needed from Amazon and I was happy it was quick and simple. I’m not sure of the gentleman’s name but he was helpful and had great customer service.
