Publix Super Market at Westlake Plaza

I like going to this Publix. It’s fast and convenient to my home in Westlake. The store is always very clean, items are always neatly organized in the produce section and up and down the isles. I like the bakery even though it is a little small. My favorite part of the store is the Deli and Hot Food Section. When I go here, I especially appreciate being greeted with a smile and genuine “hello, what can I do for you today?” During my last visit, this nice lady was very pleasant and I appreciated her smile and genuiness. Even though she was out of one of the sides I wanted, she said she’d go and get more for me. In my Miami Beach store, the girl would have just said, this is all we have. So, I appreciate this nice lady in the picture. I told her it was not necessary and then she recommend another side I had never tried before - and I loved it! I also like that she had a dedicated focus and amount of time spent on each customer before me, as though they were all that mattered, just as she did for me when it was my turn. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but I hope the Manager at this store in Westlake on Seminole Pratt Whitney Road acknowledges and appreciates her service to employees as much as I do. Thank you again!

New store opposite of Westlake development. Interesting layout inside with Service Desk and Deli to the right and Bakery in the back to the left 🤔. Pharmacy is on the left toward the front with wine selection isle all the way to the left as well. There is an upstairs dining area in the front with an elevator or stairs to get you there. Wifi Hotspot Sign in upstairs dining area as well as booths overlooking the store and windows overlooking the parking lot. No food sales upstairs. You would go to the Deli or Bakery and then bring your food up to dine. Main restrooms 🚻 are in the front center. There are also bathrooms upstairs! Friendly employees with only one cashier in sight at 8:30p Sunday. Plenty of Self Check Out if you only have a few items or don't mind ringing up your cart full of groceries on your own. UPDATE-There are 3 tables in front outside. 🔥 Firewood for sale at entrance.

I love the spaciousness and the good lighting in this new Publix, in addition to the upstairs cafeteria area, where shoppers can have their lunch or snacks after making purchases. I find this new Publix to be a 'pleasant' shopping experience!

Excellent store !! Has the two story publix lounge and chill area upstairs . Just wish they had creme brulee and turkey cranberry subs . But they do have a sushi bar , sub shop and the place is very modern plus a convenient location in lox / westlake area !

Pros: Customer service was top notch. I was looking for an aisle and (I want to say it was a floor manager, pink sweater) walked me over to the aisle instead of pointing or just telling me the number. I appreciate that level of service. The worker at self check out was also very kind.

Cons: this could be a Publix thing and not this location, but I came in to get lobster and shrimp and everything was already put away before 9:20. I work in the health field and work long hours. Sometimes showing up at 9:30 p.m IS the earliest time I am able to come to shop due to my schedule. Same with a full time student who has a full time job. Working 9-5 then class 6-9. It doesn’t leave any time to get groceries such as meat or items in the freezer section EXCEPT after 9 and the section is cleared out. Just something to think about and possibly bring up in a morning meeting or corporate meeting perhaps.

Hands down this new Publix in Westlake is my new favorite store to go to. There is 4 Publix stores within a ten minute drive of my house but this one was just built, and we always go to this one now because of how clean the store is and how quickly we can get in an and out even with a whole shopping list to contend with.

Many BOGO items, has a 2nd story eating area, 15/10 food stand with sushi, Subs and more. Large store, friendly staff just overall great.

So awesome having this new Publix right down the road! The upstairs dining area compliments the new deli design, and the store is impeccably organized and merchandised.

Very nice and clean store and very professional staff.. one of the manager promised me he would escalate to the main office my concern regarding Pan Corn flour 5lbs pk priced 8.29 Vs the same brand 2.5 lbs package priced at $2.99. It definitely doesn’t add up because usually buying more amount is cheaper..

Beautiful, new Publix. It is laid out differently than other Publix I have been in, but it actually makes a lot of sense, at least for the way I shop. It is now our nearest after just moving to the area, so I will be a frequent customer.

I love that they have the deli in the middle of the store, so people can get served from all 4 sides without blocking the isisle....

This store seems so shiny and new! It is organized logically and properly marked so you know where everything is. Best Publix ever!

Clean store, beautiful layout. Easy to navigate. Staff are very courteous. Lkve the fruits and vegetables section. Shout out to Shawndell in the deli.

Hey, I was the first Instacart customer and everyone came out and celebrated in the parking lot. 😂 This was so nice and well received because it was unexpected. I definitely have to go inside still but yes the service thus far is awesome: this was so nice:

Anything before today was before the store opened offically, I went there with my mom curious about the new lay out. As a employee of 17 years I was curious and decided to check it out.

The new lay out is awesome, includes a full ramen bar and a very quick deli. The employees and managers were friendly and welcoming to everyone. Including some free samples that they gave out as well as Plato (the dinosaur) taking pictures.

I tried the ramen bar that they had and it was very tasty and fresh. This store is pretty awesome. :)

5 star experience shopping here, but you get what you pay for! Prices are getting crazy at Publix, so it’s only worth buying items that are BOGO or on sale. Overall, it is a brand new, well stocked, and well staffed Publix. Great addition to Westlake.
