Excellent customer service experience at the Oak Ridge location. Thank you FRANCES, WAYNE, and KIM for making my paint issue feel like your paint issue as well and fixing it! Customer service is rare anywhere anymore leaving the impression of “not my problem” from most places of business. Thank you for your courtesy and professionalism! I appreciate it more than I can express!

It is easy to get lost in Home Depot, however there are Home Depot employees through to guide you to where you want/need to go and help you find and the things you want/need to know as well. Saturday night, I went to the Home Depot in Oak Ridge, I went there for 2 things, a High Tension Pin for a closet door and Draw Sliders for a Vanity. Home Depot employee JP helped me find both of the items that I was looking for. JP has helped me once before as well. JP is a great person, friendly and polite. Thank you JP.

About a 10 minute stop for a few items and was greeted by 3 different employees just passing by, asking if we needed help with anything.Everyone is always so kind and helpful at this location!

Shout out to Wendy and Kim. Hope I got the names correct. They both helped me with a complicated refund. Very professional and nice to deal with.

I needed a small fluorescent bulb. The bulb section was well stocked. One of the associates was very helpful.

The staff is very friendly and the store is well stocked and neat. I just wish there was a standardized layout so that I could always find what I need regardless of which Home Depot I go to. One nice thing is that if you search your product within the Home Depot app on your phone, it’ll tell you exactly where that item is in the store and whether or not it’s in stock. Another nice thing for service members is that we can now link our military status to the app so the cashier just has to scan a barcode in the app to apply the military discount. The app also automatically applies the military discount when making a purchase from directly within the app.

We go there to get these HDX Heavy duty single use gloves for work. A worker suggested them and they are AMAZING!! We work in the public so we need gloves to clean buildings with, and these are perfect for our every day needs. I HIGHLY recommend these gloves. Plus, The Home Depot staff is always nice and so friendly. Will continue to go there for these gloves.

I'm a frequent customer I also tried to always record my visits as I have a service animal today unfortunately I was unable to do that as I left everything at home but I want to give all three of these people a huge shout out

Time for a little "Home Improving". Choosing paint was a headache but the Nice Guy at the counter help out a lot. I had "NO CLUE" what I needed to buy just knew what color I wanted. Turned out VERY NICE. Just REMEMBER to BE PATIENT with the workers, alot of them Served for You Protecting Our Country and may need a little more time to get to you. Those could also be "YOUR" Parents/Grandparents, or Reliative one day.

This location in Oak Ridge is well stocked&full of very helpful employees in every department.I have learned that each employee is very knowledgeable of whatever is being sold in their department&thats why they are placed there.Ex;The person in plumbing may be a retired Plumber &so on which I think was an incredible idea,&very comforting to the consumer who usually hears"Let me find someone to help you who actually knows something about this"?I would deffinatly reccomend thus location.

Love this location, always Pet friendly ! Drive there instead of Going to N. Knoxville location because of the relaxed environment

Visit here often. 😆 They have everything I need whether I'm painting my house, working in my garden, or buying cleaning supplies. Whenever I need help the staff is so knowledgeable and friendly and I greatly appreciate them.

I worked at HD 20 years ago this location is good at employees still making eye contact and speaking to every customer like I remember being trained to do back then. They’re doing great at not being understaffed. Lots of employees here are older and experienced people that are very knowledgeable about stuff and very helpful, not just a bunch of inexperienced kids. Only on few extremely busy times have I ever not had the full attention of anyone helping me. Restroom is always clean.

Seems I go to Home Depot every week and every time if I can’t find something someone is there to help. Even if they may not know 100% the right item I am needing they are still helpful. I will be return and recommend going to Home Depot.

Always awesome cashiers and every employee has always been ever so knowledgeable with any questions that I've asked.

Very helpful staff and better selection of what I need
