Fantastic customer service , Went to buy an Xbox today, Laura was the one working, she quickly came to assist me and helped me find what i was looking for and also helped me get signed up for the rewards progam. Laura was Punctual, Kind, and obviously knew exactly how to handle any customer, great employee and great experience all around.

They've really improved their on-hand selection. (Especially for PC peripherals).

Update: store layout has really improved.

Update 2: prices were better than online retailers (Amazon Walmart). Variety and quantity for PC increasing even more. 5.5 out of 5

The staff is great. The deals are great. I wish the store wasn't so crowded with tables though. You walk directly on top of people. While walking around all the racks of stuff. Other than that, we love the place and will continue to do business with them

This is definitely the cheapest place to buy a PS5 but shhhh.. they are expensive. Oh well my son is happy he saved up a long time for it.

The staff help me find what I needed. They also suggested a few things which I took into consideration. My overall experience for today's trip was excellent. I will go back the next time I need an accessory or a game like usual.

I was only in town for a week on business and my current handheld wasn't cutting the mustard to keep me entertained in my hotel room so I hoofed it over to this GameStop because it was within walking distance.

The 3 employees that I interacted with were all super helpful and polite. They were knowledgeable about a good range 3DS games which helped me out with my particular problem.

10/10 would come to Georgia and buy games again. No but seriously, decent GameStop.

Great GameStop location, always running deals, staff is friendly and helpful. The people at this GameStop are gamers who know the business and can actually be helpful, unlike plenty of GameStop locations where the employees seem to have been hired without any knowledge of video games etc. This place has always been good to me.

Can’t say anything bad about this place. Enjoying video games I always find myself wandering in here to see what’s new.

Staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable no one has left me with a unanswered question and will take the time to find out if they don't know themselves store is a bit hidden and ticked away first time I drive past it and didn't even know pissed my GPS Off I think kept on telling me to turn around even when i found it and parked lol, but staff is great selection is generally always good great store.

Amanda was super helpful and patient, she hooked me with great deals and got me the most out of my trade in!

I got a education here today. I had never seen a PRESTIGE Gamestop. Basically, their customer based reviews, survey feedbacks, and store numbers have gotten them to this status.

Every time I call, they answer, they're very polite, and always answer my questions. Great store, great employees!
