Store Space Self Storage

The front desk and Mercy was so nice and helpful! I initially completed my reservation over the phone however after coming in person the front desk was way more helpful and knowledgeable. I even upgraded my storage unit and saved money. They showed me where the restrooms were in the storage facility. Showed me how to gain access into the building with my code. Overall I had a great experience and highly recommend this storage facility.

We went to Extra Space first they do increases every 6 months. I remembered that from renting with them before. Decided to go with Store Space for many reasons soon we entered the door James the manager was personable and professional. He took us to see multiple units. The place was very clean. They have bathroom close to our unit. They work with their tenants to keep you longterm. Their goal isn't for you to lose your property because rent keeps increasing every 6 months. Overall we're satisfied with the customer service. And it's private and not sitting on corner open to a busy street. Also our unit has light in it if we had to do work.

10 out of 10… my friend was looking for a storage place and she needed something asap, not expensive and safe. James, was such a great help. He walked her through everything and took his time with her. I highly recommend this place. Thanks James

James handled my rental purchase. He was efficient and professional. Added the right amount of small talk while finishing the tasks. All questions were answered as well as ensured I understood the facility entry process. He also ensured I received the contract via email prior to my departure. Great experience; very good start to this business encounter.

I don't often leave reviews but I wanted to leave a review because not only was the place remarkaby clean. The staff member James was truly respectful, helpful and informative. I would recommend this place to anyone who desires safety and cleanliness.

James has an excellent personality. He was extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly.
He gave excellent customer service. The facility is also very new, clean, and secure. I love the location as well. It is in a good public area but also hidden well. Prices are great too!

Writing this for my mom, she asked if I could write one for her. We have been there for 3 months and moved out today. The place has always been clean and friendly, helpful staff. As we left the guy thanked us for storing with them. Best customer service!
