Unlike what one would expect from a concrete store as compared to online retailers, I found a slim fit xxlarge dress shirt that's perfectfor me. I couldn’t find it at the big online store. In addition, the clerks were helpful, and the store well stocked and inviting.

This isna smaller JC Penny than I am used to but still had a great selection. I personally shop Big and Tall and they had stuff for us big dudes.

I went to the jewelry section today and Cheryl was so friendly and personable. She was so nice to me and I really appreciated how helpful she was. Somebody tell JC Penney to give Cheryl a raise!

They ladies went above and beyond! I was there to pickup one order and my wife ordered something else one hour before I arrived. The ladies made sure that I didn't have to make another trip. They had my second order picked in 10 minutes!

Very excellent location. As of now, it's a little separate from other stores, but definitely well within your weekend shopping route. Just hidden. Great selection and low prices! Very kind and helpful staff! They helped me save a LOT of money!

Very nice cashier! Unfortunately, this location did not have a great selection of girl's clothes and dresses. Fitting rooms are still closed. Luckily, everything did fit my daughter or we would have to drive back for returns.

I go hard in there full on clearance section. And at the end of the day I save 3 xs the amount I spend and I'm talking name brands for unbeatable prices. And I come out better then the prices at Walmart to me saving money is everything.

I love the Oak Ridge Penney's! They have a great selection, and the prices are great. Someone said on here they were high, but they must not have come in during one of their fantastic sales or used the JCP coupons. I can just about find anything I need here. I do wish though they carried wide width women's shoes.

I say this because it is now closed and it made me very sad when i went there so i feel i should say something nice about the dead. This store is (was) right down the street from where i just moved to. I walked over one late afternoon and there wasnt a car in the parking lot. I thought it was closed but i went up to the entrance and nope ...it was open. I went in and it was like i stepped into a retail version of The Twilight Zone. Employees in their places at counters and registers, music playing peacefully and softly in the background. All the merchandise neatky arranged and stocked....AND NOT ONE CUSTIOMER (besides me and i am poor and wasnt going to be purchasing anyway). I walked from men's apparel through kitchen products, past fine jewelry and completed the circle back at the entrance. The employees nodded and smiled as i passed knowing i would not be buying anything because they knew no one was buying anything there. It was as if Tinkerbell was fading into death because no one was applauding. I wanted to cry and thought how iv i won the lottery i would go back and purchase everything in the store and thusly resurrect them. To win lottery you need a dollar and a dream...had the dream but not the buck. So i left them ...the island of misfit retail workers...hoping Santa would pass by and gst then...but he didnt. So, J C Penny's in Oak Ridge...Goodbye...you are in a happier place now. Say hi to Radio Shack for me!

Had to order a couple things they didnt have the needed sizes in. Staff were great and super helpful. Pleased with products and services. Great job!

Store super clean... the deals in this store....OMG.... got some great bargains!!!... the staff was so nice and helpful... I usually go to Turkey creek....not any more ....this is my new home store....

My hair stylist, Ms. Garcia Gaedenia at the JC Penney hair salon, does an excellent job and is professional in every aspect of her job. Leaves me feeling good about myself, and my hair! Garden is a great asset to the company 🤗❤💯

Emily, in the Jewelry Dept and Matthew, Mgr. went above and beyond what is expected of them to help us straighten out some gift cards we had used. They were most helpful and patient. I will shop at JCP in OR again!

Great place. Found shoes for my daughter which is a hard thing too do. Also very affordable. So want to shop here more often.

They had some great buys on Levi jeans. Also St John Bay shirts. End of the summer men's shirts and shoes. Take your time and look. Lots of good buys.

Cashier was helpful and offered me a coupon that saved me 50 percent additional off a new winter coat. I got a coat for 80 percent off.

This is one of the best stores. It's very organized and even though it's a good size store you can find what you're looking for easily because of how it's organized.

Always like shopping at Penney's. Well rounded selection for both me and my wife. Great prices and friendly service.

Considering it's a smaller store, I was able to find what I needed. Online ordering and pick-up is quick and easy.
