very good service, especially with all the shipping and receiving problems going on now days. During the ordering process online I need some questions answered so I place a Phone call to the number on line and it was answered by an actual person wow. I can say a very helpful person. Thank you. I finished the order online and again I know with the way everything is right now in shipping I expected a long wait but to my surprise not that long and great service. The website is easy to use and find the products. Also they are selling good name brand products.
As a small business owner I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I have used this company several times. Items are always shipped out quickly, pricing is always better than anywhere else and customer service is awesome.

We ordered a termite probe. The description also stated that it is good for a hiking stick but has a sharp point. It IS a hiking stick and there is no point at the end for probing! It's from a sporting goods company. There is a picture of a mountain on the side of it! The company did work with my husband on a refund.

DO NOT buy from this company. We had called before buying an expensive hydro jetter asking about the return policy just incase. I wrote down notes from that phone call and they told us they had a 30 day money back guarantee if unopened. If opened, it would be up to a 20% restocking fee depending on condition. We used the jetter and it barely works, so we called asking about the return process. They told us because we used it once it is not able to be returned. I mentioned my conversation with them before we bought it and they did not care. Absolute LIARS, buyer beware!! Product is garbage.

Ordered a tool. Paid for overnight. Package was lost. Tool Experts un-responsive regarding shipping a new one, refunding my overnight fees, or assisting me with this in anyway. I am left to my own devices to seek a refund through my credit card company. The only response they gave me was my package was lost and if it was ever found they’d let me know. No help in still getting what I need to me. Second order from them. Problems both times. Won’t have a third order.

Ordered a tool I needed for work from here. There was no note stating that any of their inventory was on back order or for shipping time. After the first week I called them, was then told the tool was on back order and they’d have them in a day and they’d be to me in the next 2 maybe 3 days. After the second week I called them and they told me it shipped and is on its way. I held off on buying another tool because I kept thinking surely it would show up soon. I get things can be on back order and take longer than expected. But this is a company where people buy tools for their 9-5 jobs and every day of not having a tool counts. So if an item is on back order your website should display that the particular item you want is on back order so you can go somewhere else. Maybe that’s greed or maybe that’s just not understanding how every other website utilizes that option. It appears I’m not the first one to have long shipping times either. Yikes..
Edit: There’s no red bold letters anywhere. None beside the item, none when you click the item and see the description, none when you add the item to your cart. Soooo.......

I order some padding for the cougar paw shoes for roofing and haven't received them yet and I used the 2 day shipping. I ordered on the 20th of July and it is the 27th today. I sent them an email but says it was incomplete Everytime I send an email

I ordered a Sentry Flow Meter from these folks. The tool is junk. I am loosing out on well inspections and tool experts doesnt want to stand begind tools they sell refered me to the instructions to return unit to 0 is by beating is sharply against wood, really? For $200 you would made better.
