Excellent service!! We walked in, were promptly greeted and asked specifics on what we were looking for, the lady quickly turned our attention to some products they had in the online warehouse that fit our specific needs. Product was delivered and installed less than a week later. This is our second time going through them. Very impressed. Worth the drive from Knoxville.

Bought a whirlpool sidekick set to replace one that went out after warranty from another store. Staff was so kind and helpful. Delivery guys were very kind and personable, and they delivered to Cookeville area. It’s only been an hour, but it’s already cooling like it should 😁 looking good so far!

Katie helped me make our refrigerator purchase over the phone and it was an awesome experience. They are friendly and very easy to work with....the delivery guys were incredible also!! They were on time and went above and beyond to get the old fridge out and the new one in place and set up. They were professional and worked quickly...they even took the time to go over and demo all the features and functions. I will never look to any "big box stores" for my needs, we will check with Pattersons first.
*side note that I spoke to the store in Knoxville first and they were just as friendly and helpful but just didn't have the one refrigerator on site, that I was looking for. I believe from my interactions, that this whole company has a culture of being friendly, professional and helpful.

Great place for appliances. Our new washer and dryer was marked down so much..it had a very light scratch on it..which we can easily hide with some appliance paint. Came with a year warranty with option to buy extended warranty at a fair price. Very please and will definitely be back for other items

Washer and dryer quit, had a really good deal on some scratch and dent items. They came and took the broken ones out and quickly set-up our new washer and dryer and installed them. Thank you Patterson's.

I went in a few Saturdays ago to the Rockwood location. It was very busy but Vic acknowledged that I was browsing and came to assist me as he finished with another customer. I found the model I was looking for and he answered all my questions, setting up my delivery date and even giving candy to my kids. The fridge came on the date that was scheduled and we even received a call about 20 mins before they arrived. Installation was fast (they did it all) and we couldn't be more satisfied. We saved several hundred dollars off the list price. I would recommend Pattersons (and Vic) to anybody. The Rockwood location is a scratch-and-dent warehouse - I'm still looking for a scratch and can find nothing =).

Just purchased a Black Whirlpool side by side. Jessica was very helpful, honest and forthcoming about the product Delivered and set-up by 2 Pros the next day. James and Carter were top notch! Very professional and knowledgeable. Will shop here again.

We had an excellent experience. Patterson's was recommended by two good friends and we were not disappointed. When we told the salesman what we were looking for, he gave us tape measures and guided us through the refrigerators. My teenaged daughter went through and measured while we looked at features. We found exactly what we were looking for for several hundred dollars less than we expected. Then, we saved another 10% for paying cash. Later, when we got the refrigerator home, we called with a question and the salesman remembered my name. Great value and service.

Great place to go get ur stoves and ur deep freezers and refrigerators washer and dryers and the best service u can get . If don't have a truck to take ur purchases Home with you dont worry they have trucks vans plus u can buy a extended warranty for ur products . remember theses words a happy customer and good service is always spread the word about Patterson home appliances . Something else I forgot to say they have tech workers there anything wrong or anything give these people a call as soon as possible

Great deals on new and refurbished appliances. I bought my new stove for $414 and every where else I looked at the same stove it was $549 up $799 for the exact same one. So if you need appliances start at Patterson in Rockwood,TN. Great customer service too. No details went unchecked.
