My mother & I had a fantastic experience at this UPS store. The UPS mailman was super helpful as well as the employees of the store in helping us locate missing items & solving our dilemma. We really appreciate their work ethic & taking the time to take care of us, especially so close to closing. Wonderful people. Thank you!

I always receive great service at UPS and all of the staff is great. Highly recommend this location! I did want to compliment one of the staff for the service I received today. Rachel is fantastic! She has excellent customer service and is fast & efficient. I was attempting to drop a package off and it was a FedEx return label and instead of dismissing me and telling me UPS does not accept it, She took the time to help me tape and properly package my return with care and ease and advised me to drop it off at Dollar General drop off location for FedEx. Can't say enough great things about this UPS location. The staff is friendly and always helpful each time I visit. When I recently had an issue with a package that got lost in shipping, Monica took the time to personally assist with my issue. It wasn't a costly package, but Monica went above and beyond to prove that it was important to her. So glad to have partners like the UPS store in Kathleen that local business owners can rely on!

Went to overnight some documents, got there and it was going to be almost 100 dollars to send overnight so I sent my stuff standard 2 day. well my package got lost and was sitting a ups check point somewhere not claimed. so I called back up to the ups store where I was able to get the store manager (Monica).. first class lady and manager, not to many people out there left that care about there job and willing to go above and beyond to follow through with customers that have issues to see that it handled all the way through. I just want to say how amazing Monica and her team are. I worked with Crissy and I believe a new guy and Monica just went out of her way to make my experience a good one. I am from NH and I wish the the UPS stores up my way could be half as nice as this one. With all the Amazon returns they are doing now a days it must be hard to stay sane and patient but somehow Monice was still able to go above and beyond. She is just helpful and friendly! Thank you to her and the UPS Store team at this location!

Since my previous review, the manager has gone out of her way to ensure my delivery issues were addressed . I have not had any more lost packages since. Changing review to 5 stars.

I have had a mailbox at Store 5377 for about six years, and I have always received excellent service. However, in the past year I have noticed degradation in both reliability and customer service.

Original review 2021-11-23:

In the past year:

- About half of the packages I have received have not been input into the store system upon arrival and not assigned to my box. When this happens, I speak to one of the store clerks for help locating my package(s). The results are hit or miss - some staff persons are helpful, some are not. The longest I’ve had a package sit at the store after delivery and first attempted pickup has been about a week. In all fairness, I realize that this is due in part to changes USPS has made internally that sometimes result in the recipient address being truncated and omitting the box number, even when input correctly. That said, the staff who are helpful are usually able to locate where the packages have been placed in the store, and I think this could probably be avoided altogether if more care was taken in assigning the box numbers to the incoming packages on receipt.

- On three of these occasions, I visited the store and could visibly see my package on the shelf, but I was unable to convince the store clerk to check beyond what they had input in their system. AFAIK, the store clerk in question is no longer employed at this location.

- On a number of other occasions, I was met with apathy and unwillingness to check beyond what was logged in the store system, unless I insisted - upon which I was met with rudeness. I have noticed that much less of the staff seems dedicated customer service than prior to this year.

There are a few staff persons, at least one of whom is a manager, who are still extremely helpful and even go out of their way regardless of how busy the store is - but overall, customer service is really hit or miss now, depending on who’s working. Prior to the past year my experience with the staff at this location was 100% positive.

Also in the past year, I have received three packages that were intended for other box holders but had my box number assigned to them by the store. I was able to point these out to staff at the time, and I assume they were routed to the correct recipient. I understand that mistakes happen, but since I had not experienced this prior to the past year, it does stand out alongside the other issues.

I have debated over the past six months whether or not to post a review here, in addition to contacting The UPS Store central customer service, but I didn't think it would be helpful or worth it. However, as I am ramping up to receive packages more frequently, I am more concerned and getting tired of it, honestly - particularly the staff who are apathetic and rude.

I have noticed that I no longer receive emails prompting me to post a Google review. In hindsight, I wish that I had posted one when my experience was 100% positive. Anyhow, I am at a point where I am considering either switching to a different store ( I see that one local store has 100% positive reviews for the past six months, with exception of complaints about firearm-related corporate policy, which is UPS policy and doesn't apply to me anyway ).

If I do stay with this location and service improves, I will add a followup review

I'm not sure what UPS is doing to get all the fantastic employees but all 3 workers were so sweet and friendly. They were patient with my mixed up amazon return. They were efficient getting customers helped.

I've been doing business with the folks at this store for some years now and have zero complaints about them. On the contrary, from the Managers all the way through other staff members, I find them to be knowledgeable, efficient, extremely patient, truthful and friendly. Trust my word, you will actually feel good about your experience there.

I arrived at a very busy time of day to have a book printed and bound and within 15 minutes, I was back out the door. The service was fast, friendly and efficient and their prices were great too. I highly recommend this UPS store location.
