This is the place. No bull. This store in particular, I have to say is the best and most well stocked. I bought a Delta 8 edible fudge and it was recommended that I try A fourth of the square first, and I'm glad I listened I don't think that I could have handled the whole thing at once. The fudge is delicious anyway! I have been to seven different "vape" stores and this store has the lowest prices of the seven, and I don't know the name of the woman that I spoke with, but she happily answered every stupid question patiently and really helped me out a lot. I am a loyal and satisfied customer.

This place is the best vape shop around. Very nice atmosphere, great products, and the prices are very reasonable! The worker was also very nice, super sweet woman! Check this place out ☺

This place is absolutely great. Staff is very friendly and helpful, I’ve never had a bad experience here. Everywhere else in town is either overpriced or has inferior juice. Secret City has great juice and a good selection at unbeatable prices. I would recommend them over anyone else every time.

This is my favorite place to shop for my vape pen. Friendly staff, quality products and quick service. They have some of the best vape juices I've ever tasted.

Absolutely the best shop around. The owner Tim was very kind to answer any questions and give his honest I opinion on his items. The juices are all on point and for a really decent price! I have always shopped at vapor max in Maryville And I heard about this place and decided to check it out. I'll just say that they now have a frequent customer and vapor max is no longer the best shop around in my book. Thank y'all for being friendly and being so helpful for a new "vapor".

The staff is very knowledge able about the product and honest. If they don't have it they'll tell you who does if they know. The house juice is great and they have a good selection of premiums when you feel like treating yourself! My favorite shop in the area by far.

The only vape shop I will ever go to! They have a great selection of premium juice favorites. Their house blend selection is massive with a flavor to suit basically anyone's taste buds, and is quality juice at awesome price. They keep a well chosen selection of devices and hardware to suit the needs pretty much everyone and always have the tank coils I need in stock. The SCV staff is beyond friendly and knowledgeable, Mitch and Tommy are both extremely helpful. I only ever recommend Secret City when someone asks what local shop to check out!

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Good selection, great atmosphere. Unfortunately I can't remember the lizards name but I love him. My vape broke at work and I came in kinda late and they immediately fixed it for me.

If you are looking for great products and even greater customer service this is the place to go! These guys called EVERY SINGLE vape shop around looking for a replacement glass for my vape. No other place I've gone has been as helpful and generous. I will forever be a returning customer! You guys are doing great!

I accidentally left my juice from my normal vape shop at home & decided to try here at lunch break. I usually can't vape any other juice than from my hometown shop, but I am glad I went here! The house juice I bought tastes great & doesn't give me a bad feeling. They mixed it up for me really quick too! Only thing is, I'd like to see some more 30ML bottles available so I can try more flavors in my own tank.

Secret city is the only place I will go to get juice. Every one I've tried is amazing. He has great prices and the people are awesome and always there to help. They make you feel welcome and I'll never go anywhere else for my vaping needs.

I love this place. They are so friendly and super helpful. I was new at vaping and they never made me feel like I was out of place. I recommend them to all my friends and I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else.

Great shop, great atmosphere, great people. I have no idea what shop these poor reviews walked into sounds likes they may be plants from other shops in town. Call it like I see it. SSV has always treated me with the utmost respect and have always had quality products. SSV keep up the great work.

I have been to many vape shops in the Tennessee area... This shop has, BY FAR, the best flavors as well as the best prices for their flavors. The service there is without a doubt excelling above their competitors, as they readily assist and completely inform you without bias on all vaping matters. They simply are the best and most enjoyable vape shop around.

Best prices on e-liquid around with excellent flavors. Friendly and helpful staff. Great place to get coil building supplies too with a wide variety of gauges and types of wire. RBAs and RDAs to fit your style at a reasonable price. One of the best vape shops around IMHO.

Helpful staff, and the quality of the juice is probably the best I've found. The prices on juice don't seem high to me for the quality, amount, and selection they have. Very good taste. My new store

UPDATE:
This place is awesome! I had a battery go bad only a couple weeks after purchasing it. I took it back today and they corrected the issue, with replacing it. If you have a problem with anything you purchase there, simply bring it to their attention and I'm sure you'll leave happy. I don't understand some of these 1☆ reviews. They complain about something and don't even give SCV a chance to make it right. They just complain instead. Quit being a review chicken (whiney baby) and giving a bad review! Go let them fix the problem. NO one is perfect, especially you, whiney babies!!!!!

I’ve never felt more welcome in a vape shop than I have in this one. Tarl, Tommy, and Mitchell are all very kind and knowledgeable! If I could I’d spend more time there then just my regular Wednesday afternoons!

Great vape store in town, way much better than the juice bar by a lot. They are phenomenal, I recommend this place over the juice bar any day. They have great fluids at great prices.
