I couldn't ask for better customer service. Rodney went above and beyond to fix water damage to my phone in order to retrieve my information for a new phone. He was very patient and was able to get everything taken care of for us. I will definitely keep doing business with Willard Verizon!

Rodney was patient and helpful. Another new employee in the office was able to help continue our purchase/transition and allow Rodeny to assist others coming into the store. I'm talking never even registered the product so no warranty exists,financed a phone but told them it was paid ect... The fact that Victra found him to be management material is beyond me! Excellent experience here at this store. I was really dreading doing the upgrade and I had put it off for over 2 years. When I called the store, Evan was so helpful, he told me of a special on a Galaxy Note20, buy one/get one. When I went in the store I was greeted by him. He was the only employee there and there were 3 people in front of me. It didn't take as much time as I thought it would because Evan is good at multitasking. He ordered my phones and it took 3 days for them to arrive. I had a lot of videos on my phone and it took about 2 hours to do the transfers to my new phone, but he didn't complain. Everytime I go in the store, I am greeted by name. I like the great service that I receive here because of Evan.

I thought Rodney did great. I came close to closing and it didn't matter. He helped me and was patient and kind and helpful and did everything I needed and I walked out with a new phone I love.

I always like going to the Willard location. Evan I think I spelled it right anyway he is usually there. To day was him and another man they are always very helpful. I've known Evan for a long time now he always knows me when I come in and that's not very often. So that's impressive. I've never had a bad experience there.
