1st time ever eating there, we were ignorant to the fact that they were closing as we were pulling up to the drive thru! They were patient with us and took our order. We pull up and the guy tells us they actually were closed, but since I told him this was our first time, he went ahead and wanted to get our order because he didn't want our first experience to be bad! Super awesome people and great customer service. The food was so good! Piled pretty freaking good on my sandwich and the potato salad tasted just like whole hog Cafe in Springfield. So good. The only down fall was probably honestly guys, the sauces! I'm sorry! I like sweet sauce usually, but this was almost like a BBQ glaze, not sauce if that makes sense. And we weren't a fan of the Cali sauce I think he called it? But other than that, get you some BBQ!!

BBQ nachos with brisket was phenomenal 10/10 and Im already craving it again for dinner!! Banana pudding is good too. (Mac n cheese was not anything special) but will be coming back ASAP!!! The service and experience can’t be matched. Hands down most friendly staff I’ve experienced.

I ABSOLUTELY love the food, the staff, the Hog Tide BBQ is my go to place. Try if and it will be your place. Be sure to try the banana pudding, best ever !

We had a event at work. Where Boss bought food from the Willard location. It was outstanding . The best BBQ I have ever had. Tender and delicious all in the same bite. You guys rock. Can't wait to go try it at the restaurant.

I'm from Kansas City and this was my second time stopping here. Really good BBQ. I love their thick sliced brisket sandwich and their Mac n Chz was good too. I only wish I lived closer to try all their offerings.
Prices are reasonable, especially for BBQ.

I met a bunch of friends for lunch today. It was my first visit to this restaurant. The food was very good, the staff was pleasant and helpful. Everyone enjoyed their meals.

Hog Tide has forever changed my view of what a BBQ joint should be.
I never was a big fan of BBQ. It seems most BBQ places make up for a lack of delicious meat by layering on the fat, the sauce, and the bone.

Hog Tide was different. I ordered a Carolina sandwich. The meat was perfectly seasoned, and the cole slaw on the sandwich made me think I was in a five star restaurant. I didn't use any of the supplied BBQ sauce because the sandwich was so good on it's own. Even the pickle was good.

My only disappointment were the pork rinds. They were superb, but not what I was hoping for.

The restaurant is small and clean and pleasant. The menu is on the wall, easy to see as you wait in line, and in case you promptly forget the sides, there is another menu by the cashier.

All in all, this is a great little place to eat.
The food is superb, the staff is friendly and efficient, the prices are good considering you will spend almost as much at McDonald's or Taco Bell for a fraction of the quality.

Best BBQ around. The only negative is that their restaurant is small so not much room. Grant folks work there. Good portions and.prices are reasonable. My favorite is the Boss Hog sandwich with BBQ beans.

Had the 2 meat platter and it was great. Had the ribs and sliced brisket was moist and tender. Absolutely loved the Cole slaw as well as the potato salad

The Willard MO Hog Tide Restaurant is just as good as the Aurora MO original Restaurant! Great food, tender and delicious! The service is top notch and a clean pleasant place to enjoy a meal.

Hold on to your taste buds, because this food is out of this world! The staff is equally amazing, making the dining experience all the better. If you're looking for a must-try dessert, the banana cream pie is the best in town. 🍌🥧

The staff is always friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. Keep in mind that this isn't a fast food joint, so there might be a small wait in the drive-thru, but it's worth it! Plus, they usually have you out of there in no more than 5 minutes. And if you're in the mood for something different, try the brisket tacos. They're finger-licking good. 🌮

But here's the thing, you've been warned: this food is so good it'll put you in a food coma. You might experience symptoms such as mouth-watering, nightmares of running out of BBQ, and budget decreases from eating here for lunch and dinner every day. 🚨 Consult your doctor if you can't resist the temptation to eat here daily because the food is so good it's crippling. You've been warned!

Perfect bbq place! If you live in Springfield, this is one of the best around!

The best BBQ I have had in awhile. I ordered the brisket taco and pork rinds. a week later and I'm still thinking about that taco :) Both tasted really good and I can't wait until I can go back. The lady that helped us was super nice and helpful.

Had been looking forward to trying out the Willard location. It was always worth the trip to Aurora to get the absolutely best ribs ever, and they are just as good at the new place! We will probably still go to Aurora more often, it is more spacious, the interior is decorated nicer, and there is the option of outdoor seating. I noticed there is a maximum of 36 occupant capacity at Willard, and it felt small and sparse. But, the service was great and amazingly fast, and the quality of the food more than makes up for the limited space inside. My GF and I love to get the three meat platter and share it; priced at only $19.99 and there is plenty for both of us! We have been choosing two ribs orders and one Texas smoked sausage along with two sides, but were told that soon we would only be able to get only one order of ribs and have to choose two other meats. Kind of disappointing, but food prices are going up and I understand. Still, the menu prices are very, very reasonable for what you get, and I think Hog Tide is going to be one of my favorites for a long time. For BBQ, especially the ribs, this might be the best place you will ever visit!

Great, friendly, staff! Amazing food. I had the best bbq nachos I’ve ever had, here. and my friend got a rack of ribs and they fell off the bone and were DELICIOUS. Definitely new favorite bbq place.

The thing I love about hidden gems is how special they become when you find them. Hog tide is a hidden gem in Willard and it should be shared to the masses. From fresh brisket being sliced before my eyes, to the friendly service, good music and sonic speed service, this is a great place to pick up some local BBQ. Best said from the cashier:
“We aren’t fast food and we’re not BBQ, we’re fast BBQ that’s fresh”
Easily a return trip for me when I’m in Willard on a lunch break!

Never been inside... always drive thru but it's Delish!

Seriously the best bbq sauce ever!!! I will only eat their bbq sauce now, if I use any other brand it doesn't taste the same! I get it by the bottles! I'm absolutely in love with their bbq nachos! I go all the time and the customer service is awesome! I always need everything on the side since I live further out and I don't want it soggy. They do it perfect every time! Banana pudding one of my favorites! I love how there is a lot of vanilla wafers in it! That's the best part! I can't get enough of this place! Jennifer and Brian the leads their always makes me feel welcomed and gives outstanding customer service! Thanks for the amazing food and sauce!!!

Hogtide is consistently great! Food is fresh and cooked well everytime, I take work guests therefor lunch and buy my employees lunch from there and it's always delicious.
