Mama Loca's Cafe and Cantina

Momma Locas is such a lovely place! Every time I go there I always have the best customer service! I order 2 pizzas and they were ready within 15 minutes. Everyone is always so kind, and helpful when I go there! The pizzas I ordered were amazing, and made really well! There wasn’t too much grease, and I haven’t tasted a pizza that was this great!

Mama Loca’s has a great atmosphere, food, and drinks. If the weather is to your liking, you can dine in their cute garden outside. The adult beverages are top-notch, and crafted with care. They say that it is “a social place,” and it certainly is; the owners are very friendly and kind. I am not from the area, but can see where this could be a favorite spot to hang out, if your proximity is accommodating. Stop in and check it out, and do not forget to try the dessert!

Decore was amazing, service impecable, food delicious!!! I would definitely come over again if I lived closer!! Just take a look at the pictures. It definitely reminded me of my culture. 🩷 thank you.

On a whim we decided to take a drive a try out this little Mexican place we read about. We were not disappointed. We felt right at home immediately, the food was wonderful and the service was over the top! The owner came over and chatted with us as well. We will definitely be back!

Don't let the name fool you. Not only great Mexican but Steaks hand cut Fantastic Burgers, Pizzas A little bit of everything. This is a must try. Owners super friendly great wait staff and Great Cooks/Chefs. I Rarely give any place 5 stars But what topped it for me was also very Clean and you can see them cooking your food.

We always stop in here on our way through town. The food is delicious and never disappoints. We have only had selections from the Mexican food side so I can’t speak to their other options. Had the fried tacos this last time and they were fantastic. Crispy but not hard. Had plenty of meat and toppings. Like so many other places they are limiting the free chips and salsa to one bowl each then charging for extra. This isn’t a problem as long as you plan ahead or know you will pay for extra. They have rising costs just like the rest of us! Looking forward to our next visit already!

This family owned Mexican Food restaurant is a rare find in small town America. Not only are the sidewalk and front foyer windows beautifully arranged to set the theme for this diner, but the inside table seating and bar stools are so darn comfortable and the place has the vibe of a home away from home. The rear outside garden with patio tables and outdoor lounging area is a place I would hang out each pleasant spring, summer, and fall evening while sipping a beer or fancy tropical drink while munching on the best chips and homemade salsa served in the great state of Missouri. Tonight though, I sampled an American mainstay dish - cheeseburger and fries. Mama Loca serves hers on Texas Toast. It is a World Series night so naturally she hit it outta the park! What a fabulous comfort food meal! The owners are committed to creating fresh, delicious, and fun meals with a full bar service accompanied by friendly banter and smiles. No wonder this small town eatery located on US 160 is a destination for so many.

A fun place with good food. The service was the best I've had in years. My Server was very attentive and smiled the entire time I was there. The atmosphere was warm and upbeat without even needing loud music (that's hard to pull off). The chips were thin and crispy and the salsa was delicious. My meal was perfect and filling. I even relaxed a bit afterwards and ended up enjoying some strawberry cheesecake. It's a must if you are visiting Ash Grove!

We accidentally found this place, while we were in Ash Grove. Great place, great atmosphere. Our waitress was very nice, and never let us run out of drinks. She was very polite and did a great job. The food was really good, and plenty. This was a great find for us, we will make the trip back.

This a must visit for anyone stopping in Ash Grove. Food was amazing and the owners came out to talk to us and share their stories. They are so welcoming to Cyclists you are missing out if you choose to eat anywhere else.

FANTASTIC! The service is amazing and so is the food & I absolutely loved the Sweet & Fire Mango Margarita. The atmosphere is so beautiful! We felt so welcomed and right at home. Definitely going back and working my way through the menu.They even have pizza and a beer garden with fresh herbs that they use straight from the garden. Amazing!

We ate here years ago and fell in love with the owners and ambiance. We happened to catch them open last week (they have odd hours and we live 30 miles away), They do traditional Mexican, but also do a pop-up pizza buffet lunch. It's fantastic!

My Dad just moved to Greenfield, so we'll definitely go back!

This little corner of Mexico in Ash Grove is going to make you fall in love with its food, it's ambience and atmosphere.
The bar is fully loaded and Marc is a wizard, The kitchen is on top of everything and you are gonna have an incredible experience.
Try the mason jar margarita for a great drink with a twist.
Try and you'll become a regular!!!

When you eat at Mama Loca's you don't *just* get an incredibly tasty meal, you get a fantastic experience! The owners have crafted an atmosphere that invites you in and makes you feel like family. It's perfect for date night (get one of Papa Marc's Margaritas!), perfect if you have a family - your kids will love it! We've eaten so many things from the menu, and the food is consistently delicious. Try their pizzas!! Don't miss an opportunity to hang out with your friends in the rear courtyard. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

This place was delicious! I went on a whim last Saturday and found the wait staff very friendly and had a lovely conversation with the managers. I can't wait to go back and try their pizza with Thai Basil. I hear it's to die for! Btw, the margarita was the best I've ever had 😍
