Belk in Burlington NC was great today. They had so many sales. A young lady, Denise assisted me a lot today. Because of her being so patient I was able to save an extra $30.
She was very nice & helpful. Thank you for helping me use my rewards dollars.
Check the Belk sales and use their credit card. It can save you money.

Store is less cluttered than in the past visits. Customer service is always outstanding!

I always shop at the Belk for work clothes and just regular casual wear. They have great variety and always have items in stock. James and Dorothy are always so very helpful and will go the extra mile to make my experience worth while. They really are the best. Thank you for everything I will continue to shop Belk!

Every time I go there the check out is so slow. Returns take a long time, they should have a designated register for returns only. The sales associate is doing all she can to get us checked out……..She is doing this as we stand in line complaining ,huffing , puffing and talking loud so she will be sure to here us..please people put your self in her place and see how you do. EVERYONE SHOULD WORK RETAIL JUST ONCE.. NOT SO EASY..

I initially went in for a return but when I saw how clean the store was and all the sale signs, I ended up doing a bit of shopping! My goal is always to save more than I spend and boy oh boy this trip did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and helpful and we got some amazing deals!

Went there really not expecting to find what we wanted. Surprise! We found everything we wanted and at exceptional prices! We were delighted and in the future will shop here first!

I found a beautiful dress for 75% off of original price to wear to my nieces wedding. They have really nice clothes and reasonable prices

Estée Lauder lady, Fawn, was the best customer service I’ve received in a very long time. She was honest, knowledgeable and friendly. I really appreciated her advice. The EL night serum sample she gave me will be my next purchase!! I have no doubt she treats all customers with a high level of respect and care. Fawn took the time to provide service in a very genuine way. This woman deserves a raise, incentive and promotion!

They have an excellent selection of clothing and shoes for both men and women. They also have a large variety of different colognes and perfumes. They have a good selection of makeup for women. You can purchase pots and pans for your kitchen. Also sheets, blankets, and pillows for your bed. Their prices are high on certain things. But the items are worth your money. If you want quality name brand clothing. As well as cosmetic items. It's a place good go to.

This is a great store! I also love the weekly sales that they have on they're items. The sell just about everything!

I went in the Burlington NC store this morning for the Sale and the item I wanted was not even there needless to say there were a few upset women ahead of me. The sales associates were more than helpful trying to find out is they could find the item at any other store or even order them for us. They even found a number to gives for a store that had them (but was too far away) but said they could ship them. She asked us to call right then since the sale was on and they may have been getting sold right then. No one would answer, so some ladies ask for the manager who was more than apologetic bit could help but explained they had been sold the previous day at $49 dollars, but for today they were $29 and advertised only for today from 8-11am. But there were none. Why do you advertise something that's not there? I was told that they advertise until their all gone?? But this means every Belk in the US!! I think you need to adjust your advertising per store because those sales associates were concerned for their well being with a few of the customers and that should not be part of their job. Worry about if their going to be cussed at or jumped. In the end I kept circling the area hoping maybe the item I was looking for would appear from oversight and low and behold the display appeared. I quickly put it in my cart and waited for the crowd to clear so I could ask if I could purchase it. As I waited one of the SA came over and said she just wanted to look around she just had a feeling I showed her what I found and where. ( Mind you were both looking around out of fear) and she looked under a skirt on a table and their they were 5 in total in boxes. Hallelujah She gave me one and one older lady was still waiting and she was delighted and purchased 2. The ugly people had left so they missed out. I was happy!!! So kudos to those SA for holding it together and giving a 3 & 4th look just for us. Thankyou.

The staff is always really nice to me whenever I go in here. If I mention a coupon or sometimes I dont even have to mention one they have a flyer and scan it just to see if it works or not for what I am buying. I love shopping here so many discounts and nice clothes as well as nice staff.

Belk in Asheboro was wonderful. Miranda greeted me at the door and showed me how to download the Belk app. I was so excited. She was such a huge help. Also everyone was so helpful...even check out was a smooth process. Thank you all for being so courteous and helpful

5 stars ..The young lady who works in cosmetics was so nice when I asked her if they had a wheelchair my 86 yr old Mother could use. She even went and brought it back real quick.

I purchased some items on line that didn't work out for me. It was very easy to return to this store with no hassle. Excellent customer service in men's, women's and shoe!! Ih yeah and in kids too!!
