AT&T Store

got a new phone thursday and initiated a port transfer from cricket to keep the same phone # and it did not work…went back to the store friday to get the new transfer pin entered on AT&T side and was told 1-3 hrs and phone should restart and go over to AT&T…woke up Saturday to the new phone bought from AT&T saying it was on cricket service, went back to the store and Zach made sure to get everything switched over and to get the phone activated on AT&T service. He went above and beyond to get everything the way it should be. He showed us outstanding customer service!!

Out of 3 visits to this store 2 were great! My most recent experience was the best, I bought a screen protector a year ago with the lifetime warranty and I went in for a replacement and it was a no hassle deal, they are making me a believer!

Service was outstanding and I also gained vital information about new merchandise! Absolutely magnificent experience!

Simona was THE. BEST!!!! I went in today to get a new phone and there was no one in the store. After a few minutes, a crowd came in but she got us in and out like a champ, considering the fact that she was the only employee in at the time. She was very helpful and patient with me upgrading my phone and even got our bill $100 cheaper with a few upgrades to our plan as well! If I ever have any future problems, this AT&T has my business for sure!!!

Simona was fabulous. AT&T has a true 5 star customer service representative in Simona. She is not only highly skilled but she is professional, very friendly and restored my belief that there are still people who truly care about helping solve problems that others had told us could not be solved. We had encountered numerous technical road blocks with Apple and she breezed through those issues with a smile and kindness. Thank you, thank you, Simona.

DaShon, was an absolute JOY. His patience with me, buying and transferring data to the new phone was EXCELLENT!!! Friendly, knowledgeable and made the time go by with a breeze, with conversations that made me feel like I was important and he was going to get me set up. Great Customer Service!!!

Erik provided an absolutely amazing experience for me... I lost my phone and needed help getting my information transferred to another phone. He was very kind and understanding of my frustration, offering sage advice that calmed me down. He stayed well after store hours to make sure my phone was set up properly and able to access my "life" on the phone. Erik is an excellent asset to AT&T.

Erick Black took great care of me and my husband. He’s very professional, knowledgeable and personable. We felt very well taken care of. I will always ask for him for my AT&T needs..and there are a lot of them.

JuWaun was EXCELLENT! He went above, and beyond what was required, helping an old guy like me figure out what to do with his phone. Not only was he helping me, he was helping about three other customers, and seem to be providing them all focused service. Give that man a raise! Erick was also very helpful on a return visit when JaWaun was occupied helping someone else. High praise to both!

By far THE BEST a service I’ve ever had with a telecommunications company. Erik did a great job with explaining and helping to find the best deals for me. He was also super patient (I can be a bit indecisive). Super satisfied and I’m happy I made the move. I think I’ve found home!

At this AT&T in the Renaissance and I was greeted at the door by Erick. Erick and Quay assisted me and my mom with everything that we needed, from wireless questions to Direct TV Stream! They answered all of our questions and even assisted me with explaining everything to my husband. Erick and Quay continued to teach and set my mom up with her DTV stream before we even left the store! I usually go to another location, but they’ve gained a new family. My mom even invited them over for Easter and her famous deviled eggs! Thanks Erick and Quay!

Got some accurate advice on how to fix a situation I got into with my phone & accessories. Won't buy the duo w/ Otterbox & Popsocket bc the accessories are NOT compatible. I destroyed two of them trying to switch them out.
Staff is helpful, informative, with great multitasking skills.
