Shucker's Oyster Bar

Had my mother's 80th birthday party there. Everyone was so helpful and nice!! The celebration was amazing!!

Shuckers is one of my favorite spots in the reservoir area. Almost every evening these a band playing except maybe Mondays. Saturday nights they get pretty packed. The food is not bad. The best thing to me is their fried shrimp and catfish. They have pizza but the crust could be better. The bayou pasta also could have been better as the menu said angel hair pasta but from my picture you can tell it’s not lol. Flavor was okay though. Shrimps are small and not deveined but also for 16 bucks which is probably the cheapest seafood pasta I’ve had. All in all great spot though. Never had any problems with the staff. Everyone is usually nice from the security to the bar staff.

Amazing bands! Equally amazing oysters. See photo. You can always count on Shuckers. This place has only gotten better with time. Brent is a very cool guy. Nice changes to the already awesome patio. It’s the place!! Oh and I’d be negligent if I didn’t mention the fabulous Zoey. You’re awesome lady!!

I'm giving five starts across the board for Anna!! She been our server every time we came and without her we may not have came back. She's amazing and represents perfection in customer service. And I speak from experience!! As a store manager I'd hote herein the spot at a supervisor position.

They got great food. It’s a cool place to go to if you want food and to play some pool.. the staff was cool and keep you stocked up on drinks.

Did the Oyster sampler, Boom, Boom Shrimp, and Gumbo. And thanks to Alexa for making it extra special. I'd be proud to have her working for me. Great place!

Great food. Good service from waitresses. Long waits at the bar once it gets crowded so I would suggest ordering double if whatever drinks you get.

This was our first time here and Our waitress was Anna Claire. She was a sweetheart and very attentive. She gave us the best service you could ever ask for, best waitress we've ever had anyway. Keep her around. Thank you so much for the great food and service.

I'm from Maryland, and I visit Shuckers every time I'm here. Absolutely love it. Pretty sure they've had the same staff for the years I've been coming down which is awesome!

The place to go in the Ridgeland/Reservoir area. There is live music every day and they have great food. They make great drinks.

2019 $0.50 oysters weekend can't beat it! Not everyday but good when it happens. On regular weekend/days good food/bar. 4 18 21 50 cent oysters very small but shrimp poboy good.

I cannot brag on the management and team enough. My husband loves catfish, but, due to my seafood allergies, he rarely gets to eat them. Today, the people who make up the Shucker's family, went above, and beyond, to make sure my dining experience was as wonderful as my husband's. It's a rare event for us to just be spoiled and fussed over.... I am so thankful for each one of you. We've been married over 44 years, and have eaten in a lot of restaurants; y'all topped them all. From the moment we entered the door, to the moment we left .. thank you from the very bottom of my heart...y'all just are perfection in everything.

Absolutely loved Shuckers! We were visiting my Brother from Tennessee and he took us here for lunch. Live music, great service and one of the best hamburgers I've ever had made it a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back the next time we're in town.

Came to Lunch with two friends. The waitresses were awesome! The food was very good. I also had a bloody Mary and it was delicious, also, it was half price. I intend to go back. Very Rock 🪨 and Roll. Really fun vibes. So there is a bar and lots of people there. Try it out. Dress casual.

Food is, as always, outstanding!! Sunday brunch is a must! Our waitress smiles, greets us, and remembers our drink order each time. Great!

Great food and great music! Everything we have ever eaten there has been good. My favorites are the Oysters St. Dean and the mushroom appetizers. The live music is great and we are frequenting every weekend. Our favorite waitress is Heather, she always takes great care of us and now we ask for her. The other servers are great too. I love to dance so it is a lot of fun to be able to relax and have fun.

You cant beat it! Ladies night, all drinks were $2, live band...great atmosphere.
