The Fresh Market

Nice place. They have many different selections of items to choose from. The store is really clean and in order. Tried to get as many photos as I could because there are really a lot of options to choose from. The hot deli has great food. I’ve tried their turkey meatloaf which was pretty good. When back to try the wings and all three flavors were good and perfectly cooked. I was worried there might be a lack in flavor but everything was there lol. The staff was nice. The bakery section looked delicious but didn’t try anything this trip.

While FM may be pricier than some groceries, the quality and freshness make it worthwhile, especially for produce and meat. They have specials daily, weekly, and monthly that offer great prices on everything from ground beef to in-house made pizzas. The Little Big Meals are a convenient option to grab a meal for 4 for $25 that requires a little cooking, but delivers a great product. Their deli salads are also excellent. A few years ago, there was a blip in service in my opinion, but the past 6 months I have been very pleased with the check out team and the meat counter crew. When they have a special on whole beef tenderloin, be sure and stock up. They will cut it to order and grind up the trimming to make some excellent ground beef. The steaks freeze beautifully. Get on their email list so you know what is on special.

They have a sale on chicken and ground beef almost every Tuesday and the beef has a noticeable taste difference better than what we normally get.
Store has always been well stocked and clean when I’ve gone in. Sometimes a bit of a wait at the register. Butcher staff always friendly.

Picked up my Valentines Meal. Got an extra lobster tail verybody was friendly and helpful.

I was picking up holiday items that I had ordered online. Place was super slammed but everyone was composed, professional, nice and helpful. In the thick of it all, the staff were still going the extra mile. Super impressed. Thank you Reba and the new guy in the meat department that got me the hot smoked salmon. Merry Christmas!!!!

I'm in love with Fresh Market. The ambiance is unbelievably zen. There are tons of brands that you cannot find in other grocery stores or supermarkets. Everything is on the pricey end, but I don't even care. I just have to control myself when I'm in there (my purchases quickly get out of hand) and only go when I've got extra money to spend. I especially recommend Jeni's ice cream and Yellowbird Blue Agave Sriracha sauce. I love to come here when I can!

Awesome upscale hippy grocery store. Absolutely love the place. Prices aren't too bad and the food quality is amazing. The meat selection and seafood can't be beat. They also have ready made meals kind of like hello fresh or home chef. Sign up for the email list and you get some good coupons. We will definitely be coming back here at least once a week. We really like the variety!

Andy in the meat and fish department is a fantastic employee. He always does such a great job and his conversation is so enjoyable. If they are not too busy it’s always nice to hear his thoughts on any recent football games. Andy is professional, diligent, a great listener, and he has a great personality. Ida in the produce department is also a great employee and she’s always willing to go above and beyond to make me a fruit combination to go if one is not available. I only lived in Mississippi a year and I’m getting ready to move out of state in a few days. I will miss these people and all the wonderful fresh market employees that made going to the market so enjoyable.

This store is amazing!! I feel like I’m in a wonderful grocery boutique every time I enter!! The associates in the bakery department were very helpful to me when I asked about the cannolis and pecan pie!! This store has the BEST pecan pie I have ever tasted!! Amazing atmosphere and high quality products!!

It is a pleasure to shop here. The store is very clean, and the lighting is not overwhelmingly bright--it is a warmer, cozier lighting that makes the store feel classier. Their produce is always super fresh and tastes better in comparison to produce from other groceries I've shopped at around this area, and they almost always have an exciting variety of more unusual, exotic, hard-to-find fruits and veggies in stock, which I love. Each section of the store is beautifully organized and arranged. I like to go there for my regular grocery shopping, but honestly, I like to go there just to be there and to see what new items they've got. It is definitely the nicest grocery store in the area, and one of the nicest groceries I've been to ever. Whatever they're doing to make their store great, they need to keep doing!

I love to have some chicken salad and nice croissants for my family.

This grocery store - I absolutely love it! Especially the $5 rotissere whole chickens and large pizzas with fresh ingredients on every Thursday. Everything I buy is always of high quality and great taste. 👌 The workers are very friendly and helpful too.

I visited this market about 5 years ago but I was with a colleague and didn't need to purchase anything at the time. I re-visited on today and I love the aroma of the market. It smelled like cinnamon and coffee upon entering the building (I never knew those two scents could smell soooo good together)! The Fresh Market had what I was looking for in stock and I even bought an extra item. I love the store but it can be a little pricey compared to other stores/markets. However, I don't mind the price if it's worth it. I love how everything is set up and so organized! I am a stickler for organization and cleanliness. I can tell now that I will be back to visit!

My favorite place to go when I'm in town!

Large selection of old fashion glass candy jars where candy is sold by the lb. The choice is also sold by the lb, containers are large wooden barrels with great selection, whole beans with grinder on site and hot fresh brewed coffee station to sample. Very large selection of hard to find spices. Butcher's counter with patient, knowledgeable staff who oversee a nice size selection. No prepackaged raw meat. Local craft beer. Organic veggies. Lots of packaged items you just can't find elsewhere such as loose granola in different flavors just as one example. I love this market! But it is a genuine market. I highly recommend buying paper products, pet food, hygiene products, and other easy to find items bc of the price. I don't believe they are meant for one stop shopping like supermarkets the size of warehouses that are so common in the south. Again, I love this market but it's not recommended for bargain shoppers.

My family's favorite grocery store! The warm lighting, delicious smells and awesome employees are so welcoming and inviting. The fresh produce and meats are always fresh and exciting.

This is one of the finest places to shop for fresh food. It's in the top two places in central Mississippi to buy fresh food. Unbelievable quality. When other stores don't have a certain item Fresh market has it. They have fruit & veggies that other stores don't ever have. A top of the line food store for sure.

Great local location of a chain fresh. And organic food market. They also have a deli and bakery. Customer service is great and prices are always high on healthy foods but there's I would say are within those normal high ranges. But they have some wonderously tasty healthy stuff and sometimes at good prices.

Exactly what I would expect from this type of grocery store. Hard to find products are definitely here. Of course because of the higher end grocery store prices are a bit high for me, but if I were rich I would visit this place more often on a weekly basis as a main store for groceries.
