just wanna thank the pharmacists for their competence and consideration. I get my scripts at two different places & this pharmacy is by far my favorite. they're always slammed and never seem to take their stress out on any of their customers and are courteous and kind if I have any questions! thanks for your kindness!

Crystal helped me out in a big way,with re-filling a script, it was at the end of her shift,,,,Chris was pleasant as well.I must have got lucky🙂

Sierra is the best cashier!! She’s always so polite, easy to talk to and never gets mad at any situation! I love when I walk in and she’s working :))

I have never had a bad experience at this CVS. The pharmacy staff are always polite and efficient. If you don't call to make sure your prescription is ready, yes you will have to wait. But that's on you. They are in the middle of Nashua, lots of people to take care of. Have some common sense people!

I stopped by like a do a million times a week, and Krissy solved all my issues in a matter of seconds. Thank you so much for raising the bar in customer service and friendliness! I hope I spell your name right, Krissy, but you did me a huge favor with my printer ink issue! God Bless you guys!

The really nice Hispanic cashier was very friendly and helpful getting my first CVS card. He did it real quick. Props to him I wish I could remember his name. Thank you!😃😃saving 💰💰😄😁💰💰

I love that the store is open 24hrs (not the pharmacy, just so you know). It was neat, clean, had some great sales/clearance items and most of all the overnight cashier was friendly, patient and helpful.

I came in at 1am after being in the er, I needed prescription eye drops. The pharmacist Ali told me it would be $50 after insurance, he then called the hospital to change the prescription to a brand that was $15. Great customer service.

Today I brought all three of my boys for vaccination, the RN on duty Mary was beyond wonderful. She was kind, patient and informative. My middle was so nervous and she put him right at ease. Thank you Mary!

The parking lot is used by the hospital so it can be a pain during the week. Someone should have rethought that.
Also, there are usually folks outside who are clearly under the influence - of what - who knows.
I’ve also seen my fair share of dramatic incidents on the grounds of the store (some involving the individuals who are intoxicated).

The drive through wait time is hit or miss. Sometimes it can be quick (just like the inside), other times it can be a wait.

On a brighter note- The store and pharmacy staff have always been helpful and friendly. Customer service goes a long way!

I love this store! I’ve reviewed the pharmacy separately, and can speak just as highly of the front of store staff! Always helpful, greeted with a smile by all. I love that they ask if you need help finding anything...and ALL are helpful when I’m looking for something specific that’s hard to find. I don’t go to any other pharmacies or small stores. CVS app and Extra Bucks program are awesome too - app makes prescription pick up fast and private, and Extra Bucks program saves me HUNDREDS each year.

Not a hugh fan of this location, however, the store manager Jessica I believe (tiny little brunette) is a hugh asset not only to your company, but this store imparticular. She should be recognized not only for her amazing customer service, but also her ability to just make life easier on a customer. Thanks again
