Jack was a wonder to work with this past weekend. I was looking for new running shoes and he only brought out the best. I am super excited to try out my new, New Balance 1080’s all thanks to Jack! If you need help with new shoes Jack is your guy!

Great customer service. Luke at the crossroads store went above and beyond to help me. He searched for the store that had my size for a Nike sweat hoodie, he found a couple of locations. I chose the Garner location, he called the Garner store to keep it on hold for me. He is an amazing young man.

Recently purchased a basketball goal at DSG. Staff was super helpful selecting the model, checking out, and even loading my vehicle. Very impressed.

Got me a brand new pair of tennis shoes that were reasonable priced.

I always come here whenever I need something for golf. I have gotten my irons re-gripped recently and they did a fantastic job (Shoutout Conan). I’ve gotten my driver shaft replaced and re-gripped fantastic job always ready and helpful with any questions I have.

A big “Hello, how are you?” from the guy at the front upon walking it. I liked this welcome and I know we can not always get it on every single visit depending on how busy the store gets. I appreciated the warm welcome.

There was a bit of a wait in the shoe department. I finally got assistance from Alex. Alex was polite and expressed empathy for the wait. Alex was helpful and knowledgeable. Alex let me know I should have at least 1-inch room at the toe box for comfort in the sneakers I selected. I felt like I was shopping in the 90s again. I rarely get this level of service in stores these days.

Alanna was nice and assisted me with correcting the phone number on my rewards account. This was the third time I could not be found because someone typed my phone number incorrectly at the initial setup. I appreciate the initiative to correct it. Hopefully, it's right this time. I'm satisfied with my purchase and I felt good spending my money here with customer service reps who appreciate having customers to assist.

Excellent overall selection and service! Their soccer area though needs more help. Poor gentleman running around like crazy trying his very best to help everyone. We were very disappointed, because there is no way one employee can even come close to taking care of all the customers with cleats. That's stupid!!

I went today to purchase a bag and me and my mother were treated so kindly by Josh at the register. He was just kind, friendly and had such a great attitude. Being a business owner myself these are the types of people you want in your company.

I’ve been to this store a couple times and I’ve had positive experiences both times. There’s a clothing clearance section that usually has some good finds. I also bought a couple pairs of new Nikes from this store that I enjoy. I had a couple associates ask if I could help (in a well-intentioned manner) without being pushy. I’ll shop here for any sporting good needs.

Went to this store for some football apparel for myself today. Everyone was so super enthusiastic 🤩. Very willing to assist me with whatever I needed. Dillon, Teddy & Gabby were exceptionally helpful. Gabby and Dillon went above and beyond to make sure I was happy!

Dylan and Noah helped clear up an online order mixup super quickly and got my purchase shipped to my house for me-good vibes in the docks sporting goods today

The staff members who assisted my wife and I independently when we were selecting new walking/running shoes were patient and knowledgeable. It probably took me an hour to select 2 pair as I was looking for the best shoes for my needs. Both of us selected the Brooks brand which are so comfortable and designed to reduce shock to the knees. We will return.

Did curbside pickup for the first time today and it was easy and quick. Employee was nice and the order was correct and well packaged.

Great service at the shoe department. Nick M. was knowledgeable, happy to guide us and patient. A rare trait in customer service these days. You could tell he took pride in his work and the opportunity to help.

Teddy met me at the door. He showed me to what I was looking to purchase. He gave me some pointers and I feel the items will help me in my exercise regimen.
Gabby was great at check out too. Everyone was personable and professional.

Always helpful when needing anything.....very clean and nice store... nice setup......easy to find what you are looking for due to the layout of the store......very friendly staff!!!!

Came in for bike maintenance. Easy to park, get to bike area. Henry very good to work with. Waiting to see how much turnaround on this but have good expectations, have more to get addressed but seems to be same good service as years past. We shall see. Henry is serious about his work which has positive vibe. And the kayaks were on sale, need to investigate options there!!!

Henry is the best associate in the world in this location. He goes above and beyond for me every time.

He assisted me in locating some hard to find left handed wedges and is having them shipped to my home.

He is also the only guy I will let do any work on my putter.

I visited this location because the other location across town was not so friendly and not so helpful. That's ok, I bought my new racket and had it strung at this location. They got it done in two days, called me for pick up without any issues. I'm looking for golf accessories now and will be visiting the Cary location also.

I have been to this location numerous times now, and every time has been enjoyable. Staff is friendly and present, and the store always appears to be well kept, especially the footwear department! Keep up the good work!
