Good supermarket, little more expensive than others supermarkets, but more quality in grosser

I usually shop at another Kroger. Pharmacy staff was friendly and helpful. Store was clean and laid out well. Produce was fresh and attractive. I had a good shopping experience and will return to the store when I’m in the area.

Always clean, large selection, friendly service, and always a good work staff available to the customer. Plenty of departments to help the customer such as a service counter that takes bills and sells money orders, Starbucks inside, Pharmacy, and many more. My vegetable fruit selection like my mother. Always quality products. Always a large selection and no matter what you're looking at. Prices are a little higher than other locations but always quality product for that price.

Monday 01/30, I met Leah in the floral department. This young lady takes great pride of ownership in the floral shop. Leah was personable, knowledgable and offered a range of solutions to accommodate my requests. She took great care to build the floral arrangement then packaged it for safe transport. I hope Leah is being used to train other people on your team, she deserves recognition for being an engaged person with your customers. A++ GREAT JOB!

I enjoy this Kroger on Old Troy in Huber Heights, Ohio. The staff is so helpful, and the other customers are friendly, and fun.

Kroger is state owned. Shop at Kroger, and save money, and get gas points. Kroger Rocks.

Leah and Josh in the floral department are great people. Great customer service, helpful and very polite. They are hard workers and take such good care of their flowers!

I Love Starbucks being inside Kroger. This is a larger Kroger. Employees are nice when you need assistance. We did self checkout. Restrooms are not cleaned during the day. We went around 2 in afternoon weekend.

Sooooo much better than the Brandt pk. location. Cleaner, friendly staff, self checkout open til close, more items in stock. The only thing is having to deal w the traffic to get to this store, and trying to park in the tiny spaces.

Very nice, friendly, and helpful employees. I normally do not like spending time writing a review, But I really want to because I was so touched by a lady working in this store. I went there yesterday and planned to use up 2 gift card balances. I usually put my credit cards in the card holder attached to my phone. For some reason I did not realize that I did not have any credit card with me besides those 2 gift cards. And of course, I took too many stuff that exceeded my gift card balance by $5.20. When I found it out at checkout, I was so embarrassed. So I explained my situation, and said I could cancel one item. She said “no worries” and she swiped her card and paid the left balance for me. I said “you do not need to do this”. “That is Ok”, she said. I the said that I can return the money to her next time. “I will not let you return” she added. I said “Thank you so much” multiple times and she replied you are welcome, sweet heart. At that moment, it was a mixed a feelings, embarrassed by myself as well as surprised and touched by her kindness and love for others. Forgot to ask her name. But I really appreciated what she did, for the $5.20 but more for her kindness to people. Thank you, lady!

Sawyer Nelson is extremely helpful when he does my online order. He picks out only the freshest kiwis and I feed them to my goldfish Trevor.

I'm rarely overwhelmed by good service in 2021, since most people in customer service are pretty apathetic. But tonight was an exception. Roberta went above and beyond for me, and she made my night. She is a real asset to this Kroger, and I wish that every grocery store had a Roberta.
