Janiyah was amazing! She was friendly and helpful while I got my balloons set up. Always a pleasure coming into the store for any of my party/event needs!

When we visited it was set up different. Now we haven't been since last year. You no longer pick one from the wall give a worker the#and they get it. They are all on isles now. Little harder to find what you want. Want a ton of people their but i felt a little crowded. Had to keep going down all isle so people could get by. But we did find what we needed so that's a positive. I just miss the way they used to do Halloween.

I was looking for invitations & party supplies to make my daughter's first double digits party special. We found exactly what she had in mind! I love knowing that she doesn't have to have a cookie cutter party! Now she will shine on her special day!! The staff was helpful too & answered any questions we had!!

Always gave everything I'm looking for and more. One if the employees heard me and my husband talking to our now 3 yr old about you birthday and party the following day. She gave him and my 1 yr old son a free balloon each. Made them so happy. Great experience!

I have visited this store quite a bit lately. I am getting ready for my wedding and find that coming in here helps stimulate my creative juices with ideas for the reception. Staff has been helpful when I've needed them.

The manager was so helpful. She checked on me multiple times to make sure that i disnt need help or assistance with finding anything. Go you want be disappointed. Even the young lady at the cash register was nice and helpful.

Even with the craziness of Halloween this store had the best system for picking a Halloween costume. Instead of digging through hundreds of bags they have each one on the wall and a person standing there to tell you I'd they have it in stock. Then someone pulls it from the back and you pick it up. Super easy

Victoria helped me to find what I needed and the young lady at the register was very sweet to my grandson. Sorry I didn't get her name! This is a great difference than the last time I was in and I will shop there more often now

Take it from my twelve year old daughter "Party City knows whats up". From a moms perspective customer service was unbeatable. Staff was willing to help with our Halloween shopping needs. Great shopping experience.

Had to pick up balloons for my boss, the sweet staffer girls listened to my terrible story of how I lost two balloons when I was transferring the food from the mid of the car to the back. The letters just floated away and I never even saw them. That said these staff girls were very sweet and listened to my dumb story and even helped me find the balloons I needed and were quick. Good on you gals.

Wonderful and clean too! Love all the decorations. The store manager was very helpful. My order was already complete when I went to pick it up. No wait. Wonderful!!!
