I visited this location and everyone here was awesome!! You could tell they loved their job and they knew what they were doing! Customer Service was on point! No wait time! Excellent bedside manner!!! The NP Meg is a true angel. Ivan, Kelly, and Courtney had phenomenal customer Service! Thanks again for taking care of me!!! I definitely will be recommending you guys to everyone!

The staff was super friendly and caring. It was quite refreshing to go to an urgent care facility and be treating with such kindness and exceptional care. If I could, I would make this doctor and staff my primary care providers

Quick and to the point! I knew what issue I had just needed a confirmation and prescription. Meg NP, Ivan, Charis, and Rhetia were great. Wonderful option when your family PCP can't get you in! Recommend and will return if needed.

This facility is wonderful. The staff is professional yet friendly. Kelly took me to my room. She was sweet and kind. My provider Casey thoroughly checked my upper respiratory area and found my problem. This was my first visit but I will definitely be back. Ivari came in to discharge me and was so sweet.

I’ve been here several times in the past couple of months, and it’s always excellent service. I feel like they really care, even when they’re understaffed everyone is nice and helpful.

The staff is simply amazing. The care they gave my daughter on her 3 visits was A1. Megan, Courtney, Taya, Ivari, and Neka are the best.

Excellent and fast service. Checked in on line for 10:38 spot. Was called back tested for Covid , the flu, and strep. Had strep, they called my meds in and I was out of there in less than 30 min! Excellent staff !!

The staff was bomb and I love the experience I came in on the 28 for removing of my stitches and with in 20 or 30 mins I was in and out miss Rhetia was very nice and kind miss Meg was so sweet and miss Ivari was one of a kind I love going there even if it was for a simple check up

In and out in under an hour. Called and was able to see me within 45 minutes for an appointment! Super happy with my visit and efficiency

From checking in to leaving everyone was nice and helpful. Went to an Prisma urgent care 2 1/2 weeks ago for respiratory virus and they were nice at the front desk, but the doctor wasn’t as helpful. That’s why my husband and I like to go to this one. Easy check in with kind people.

I was seen for swelling and pain in my knee. I was seen promptly and X-rays revealed no fractures. I was then referred to an orthopedic facility. My experience was good and the staff that I encountered were all so professional and kind. We have used this AFC location a number of times and have been pleased.
