Zips Car Wash

Dylan was so nice, he came over and explained a promotion to me they were running and got me signed up super fast. He also sprayed my hood off before the wash (birds had really targeted my husband’s car while it was parked under a tree, so that’s why I was getting a wash), so that helped a lot with getting it super clean. Thanks for your help and kindness, Dylan! :-)

I just returned from up north where it had snowed and the roads had been salted. My SUV was a mess. Luckily when I pulled up there was no one behind me in line. Dylan (a very nice understanding young man) listened to my saga. He explained that zips doesn't have an underbody rinse as it's not needed in the south. However after looking at my vehicle, he said he'd hit the running boards and my tires thoroughly before starting the wash. Dylan did as he promised and my vehicle looked fabulous after the wash. Zips; Dylan is a great employee, he listens and followed through with hus plan. I'm a very satisfied customer and will be back!

Spent close to an hour and a half cleaning my car at Zips. They have the towels and spray and vacuum and trash receptacles to do a thorough cleaning after the wash, wax and tire shine.

Dillon was very friendly, he kept smiling even though it was a really busy day. Highly recommend.

Fredrick is a rockstar! I've been there the last two days and he is always engaging and kind. I also have observed him being just as nice and professional to the staff. He believes in teamwork and steps up to the plate when necessary. Zips is truly blessed to have such an employee.

Zips is by far my favorite car wash. I have a membership from the NC locations which run a different system altogether than the one I stopped at in Anderson sc but Alissa was so nice and I was able to get the wash I usually get with no issues. She was by far the most friendly staff member I’ve encountered in a long time not only just for your company but in my experience with the public working at any store. She gets 5 stars and has really been a bright spot in my day. Thanks Alissa.

I always use this zips car wash 2 days a week sometimes more but main reason is Fred, nicest person ever!

This place was an amazing experience! Went to the one on Clemson Blvd and Fredrick was awesome. Very professional, helpful, and just so friendly! Give this man a raise for his caring g and hardworking nature!!

Great guy, the car wash itself, didn't do too much to clean the outside of the car, granted it WAS really dirty. I'd recommend this place to keep up car beauty maintenance, but if you want your car cleaned and sparkling from really dirty, either do it yourself or go to a professional detailer 😁

The person running the place, FRED is the reason I give 5 stars. Absolute Chad, loves cars and was very friendly and 100% customer service oriented. Do plan to come back to keep the car sparkling ✨ 🙂

Stopped here for a quick wash. They were offering $5 for 30 days of unlimited premium package washes. Nice employees. They do have plenty of self service vacuums on site. Depending on traffic, time of day, which day if the week and the location, getting in and out may be troublesome for some people.

Fredrick is the man, he knows exactly what I want every time I come in and turns off the tire shine for me I don’t like to deal with. Thanks zips and thank you Fredrick. 5 stars

He was such a joy to me this morning! He was very kind and sweet. He definitely made me smile! 5/5 best service I’ve received at Zips (and I’ve gone 20+ times)

I have been here a couple of times now with Fred working and I have to say... Customer service is definitely his thing! The gate was broken yesterday but he had me and my husband cracking up while he fixed it. Made time seem sure quick. Then today went back and he was just as smiling and happy as yesterday! I hope you stick around Fred! (Membership is definitely worth it. My car stays spotless.)
