Dollar General

Employees are helpful & friendly. I rate them high because it's the best DG in this area. Products are good & service is excellent.

I just moved out here to Boyd's Creek this last year from Pigeon Forge this past year and I love this dollar general. All the employees are so friendly and helpful if you need anything. Samantha is always running one register then helping her coworkers if they have any issues with their registers and when she's in there alone she runs 2 registers when need be and gets people in and out as quickly and efficiently as humanly possible. She is one of the hardest working employees I have ever seen & she genuinely cares about her customers. I'm also happy that this store is close to my home because they have some of the best employees in this whole county that I've ever been in. I go in there sometimes 3 times a day because I forgot something and they are always so nice and helpful.One thing I think they should add however, is more clothing and shoes because alot of people would rather buy them there than drive to Winnfield Dunn Parkway or Chapman Highway. I know I would😄

The Manager was working two registers at the same time , running back and forth taking care of the backed up customers.
I think she needs a Raise !
I think her name was Samantha !
She has the left side of her head shaved and the right side is full length hair .
VERY GOOD WORKER !!!

I go here multiple times a month and know the vets that have been work there "a while"
That place has come a long way and always have things In stock I need and use. Their always busy stocking those selves 👍

Dollar general is smart in placing their locations where there are no close by stores. This location has recently remodeled and added a large refrigerated and freezer section. All the clothing is gone now, which is no loss to me

Had what i needed for a quick trip .
Cashiers seem to have no sense of urgency .
Want to tell you their whole entire day .

I love going there especially now that they have a new store it's a better atmosphere everything's a little more wide open and not so cramped as if I was going through a garage sale

The same lady has been at the counter nearly every time ive been in and shes always sweet and happy.
Ill have to go back to get her name and add it in here.

The place was clean employees were very pleasant, Samantha checked us out and she was amazing loved her kindness 💜

Great customer service I was welcomed as I came in. The store is clean and has a public restroom. Prices are great and, you can be in and out quickly.

The employees are always very nice and don't helpful and they have everything you'd expect them to.

They really stepped their game up and cleaned up the store. The aisles used to be flooded with shipment carts but they seemed to have taken care of it. Even being short handed on employees.

Loke this store, I would rather shop here because of the variety and competitive pricing than go to Wally World
