Boot Barn

Last minute stop on our way back to VA. Had to find boots for my daughter to start her horseback riding camp and our stop was a complete success! They had dozens of styles, colors and all sizes from babies up to adults. I also found my son's first pair of cowboy booties!

The atmosphere in the store is amazing. I was only there to pick up a delivery and based off of the condition of the store and the friendliness of the employees, I will definitely be returning to purchase something for myself

I’ve ordered boots online from here and today was my first time going into the store. We went in for work boots for my husband and walked out with a pair of boots for my son too. The staff was very pleasant and the store was very clean. There was so much to choose from. We will definitely be going back for more. Oh and they had cute clothes there too!!

It had a good selection of boots and hats. I would say average and decent prices on almost everything. The only drawback in my opinion was some of the staff. The only one that actually talked to me was at the checkout and she seemed snippy I didn't want to sign up for the rewards program. But that may have been an off day for them so still 5 stars based on the products and the store itself.

This boot barn is day and night compared to the one in Chattanooga. First off, Jerry greeted me and my son at the front door, then once he found out that I was looking for a certain straw cowboy hat, he not only made sure I found it, but he also shaped it to my liking. The Chattanooga store said they only shaped from Tuesday thru Thursday... so if you are looking for a clean and well-run store that is willing to go above and beyond then go by and see Jerry at the Boot Barn in Sevierville TN(Kodiak).

Great selection of boots 👢. Got some dresses for buy one get one 50% off. Husband got boots for work for around $220.

I needed some cleaning/preserving supplies for a pair of work boots. I went in, was helped by several people immediately. They were all very nice and helpful. Will definitely be the only place I go for my boot needs.

If you love leather, this is the store for you! They have such a wide selection of boots, jeans, jewelry & just about anything you could want when it comes to Western wear AND accessories. Beautiful store, lovely, friendly employees & just the smell of that leather hitting you in the face when you walk through those doors is 1 of the best feelings in the world to me!! Just LOVE it!!

Dawn was amazing and helped us with any questions. The store is very well organized with so many different options you could spend the entire day there. The prices were affordable and in comparison to other boot stores in the area the quality spoke for itself.

I always buy my work boots at Bootbarn in Kodak, TN. Recently I purchased a pair of Cody James boots. I always buy Ariat. Well this turned out to be a mistake. The Cody James boots lasted about a month before coming apart. Well the lovely folks at the store in Kodak let me come in and exchange for a whole new pair of boots even though I was past the 30 days. I will continue to shop at this store and highly recommend you do the same if you’re looking for anything they have. What a wonderful experience. Thank you so much.

The boots I ordered didn’t fit so I went to the store to see if I could return them there. A lady named Christy helped me. We couldn’t find my size so she went to the web to try and find them. A few days later, I found another pair on your website and ordered them. They are a perfect! I had to let you know that my online purchase was influenced by Christy.
