They relocated in Rice Village, they are not closed. I drove up to where I knew it to be and security told me they moved 2 blocks up.

As always, smells amazing walking in. I was greeted and given a smile. The staff was very friendly and was able to help me get what I needed right away. In store pickup was so simple too.

I loved to visit this place. All the staff was really nice, but specially one of the ladies (sorry, I just can remember her name right now) who was so lively and talked to me in Spanish so I could feel more comfortable in the store. Next time I come to Houston I'll definitely pay a visit again!

Awesome people here! I received fantastic customer service on my visit on Monday night, and the staff really know their products. I usually don't enjoy shopping for necessities, but they really broke that mold. They've certainly earned those stars. I definitely plan on visiting this location again when the need arises.

Had the best experience in the store 80969. The ladies (cashier 3593648) and gentleman that worked in your store are an absolute dream. I'm a retired manager for the state of Texas and I can tell you their customer service was the absolute best. Congratulations on such a great team.

One of the best bath & body works I’ve been to. Great location & super friendly staff. Love how organized they are with the inventory here. I was able to quickly select my candles bc they are organized by scent type. It’s the little things that make all the difference for me. This location feels more low-key than any of the stores located inside of a mall - not crowded at all & that for me makes it a more enjoyable shopping experience.

My experience at bath and body works was amazing. As soon as I stepped in the store, the associates were ready to assist me. I went in to do some exchange on some fragrances and I came out with 2 full bags of more fragrances. Great customer service overall.

Toby, not only were you sweet, helpful, attentive, and energetic on the phone, it was also evident in person. You positive and friendly vibes are infectious. Just discovered this location. Love location. Always have delightful fragrances. Went there to pick up a birthday gift. Pre-wrapped gifts available and bought me a few things too. Customer service delightful, very helpful & courteous. It made my experience wonderful. Cannot wait to go again soon.

The store was nice and organized. Sofia was the one that helped me find my scents and she made sure I found exactly what I wanted!!

I love Bath and Bodyworks and the fact that they don't follow you around the store. The only time someone came to me was to ask if I needed assistance or if I needed a shopping bag to put my items in. Other than that, they were busy stocking and greeting customers at the door. 👍🏾
