I've always received great service here. I've used their notary service, passport photos and got printing done and each time the service was great.

I have had the pleasure of working with the triple “A” team at the Rice Village UPS store for the last 10 months. They are all knowledgeable, attentive and helpful in every way possible. They have helped me with notarizing, packing, shipping and guiding me through many questions as I began my move to Florida. I will miss them for not only their professionalism but their kindness and consistently going the extra mile!!

Best UPS store in Houston, friendly, efficient and very professional Staff. Fast, you go in and out in few minutes, very helpful if needed, always going the extra mile. Top store for all your shipping, printing, mailbox (and more) needs. All of the employees offer excellent customer service. Aurora is always great explaining all of my questions. So, make sure you visit the store for your next shipping!

This UPS store is hands-down the best! Not only is it in the best location but the entire “dream team” here is attentive, friendly and offers the best customer service. I have been going here for years and never had an issue with my mail/packages.

I had a few different shipment questions and I loved how helpful the staff was. I can’t remember her name and I wish I did!
She was so efficient and approachable at the same time. I rarely get someone who can be both in the customer facing roles and she did it.

I shipped a package and after arriving home I realized I sent it to my daughters old address, so I called the store thinking it was to late. But I was helped by a kind employee who recovered it before it could go out and helped me fix it over the phone. Went above and beyond so that everything went smoothly. I didn't catch her name but I am very thankful.

Miss Ebony the graphic designer did an excellent job helping me with some printing. I came in with some artwork I wanted printed for my office but didn’t know anything about sizing and how to make it work for frames. She provided excellent customer service in giving suggestions about how to make the prints look better and worked with me to cut them down to what would work. I will definitely be back and asking for Ebony the next time I need something printed!

Victoria at this location was a godsend. My mom and I decided to DIY my wedding invitations and wow we underestimated how hard it would be to print on envelopes at home! This location was the only one I could find that was willing to print on our envelopes last minute. We called other places as well like Staples, etc.

Victoria was such a huge help and went above and beyond to make this work for us and they came out beautifully! Thank you Victoria and UPS for making a very stressful time a little less stressful.

Recently got an order I needed delivered and the person that helped me was Alyssa and she did a fantastic job making sure everything was correct!! I was in and out during what felt was a rush!!

Dropped off three packages to be sent and it was made very easy. The customer service is always great at this location and I’ll continue using in the future!

I came to this location to send a package. The employees were friendly and were able to take care of all my needs. The best part was Celest Rosas got my kids involved and helped them color a picture and put it on the wall. It made their day, and mine as well. They thought they were special. Thank you for that.

This the best UPS store by far. All the workers are very friendly, fast, and efficient. Whenever I need to mail anything or delivered items to pick up, I put extra effort to go to this location. Super!
