The UPS Store

The day after Thanksgiving, we had a family member from Florida forget a very important (topical) medication on their return trip. We were totally freaked out. Kevin at the Fulton Road Store #6832 was amazing. He literally talked us off the edge. We needed to get the package there asap, refrigerated. He could not have been kinder or more helpful. We were in the store at 1:12 pm and the package arrived still cold at 8:15 am the next day. Additionally, when I called the store the next day to say thank you, I spoke to another member of the team, Angelina. She remembered us right away and told me she had been watching the package since it was Kevin’s day off and was relieved for us when she saw it was safely there.
I cannot say enough about the team at this UPS location. We are elderly; we were upset and they went above and beyond in their kindness. I hope you can recognize them in some fashion. How lucky you are to have such great people in this day and age.

They have the best customer service here! Jeff and his coworker today were on point with not just me but multiple customers. They had to hep problem dove some tricky shipping items for I and I know the other customers were grateful for their expertise.

My item was laminated within 5 minutes and did not have to wait in line! I was greeted as soon as I walked in the UPS store. I was thanked and welcomed back to the store. I saved money buy shopping at this UPS store than going to the printing press on McKinley avenue.

Jeff and his staff are knowledable,efficient and friendly. They are always helpful and go out of their way to ask how you're doing while packing things affordably! This is the best and only location I go to because of their attention to detail and customer service!

This store has been so great for me these past few years. I don’t typically have to ship many things during the spring and summer, but once the holidays roll around I need to send presents and food to all of my children and grandchildren. This store has always been really professional and helpful with regards to packing and shipping all of my items. They also do a great job helping me save a few bucks here and there when I’m shipping across the country or internationally

Above EXCEPTIONAL! I had a pallet of Asian antiques shipped cross country! Not only was the service superb, the quality of the packing, the timeliness of shipping and arrival, and the pricing was honest and fair. I also received at least a half dozen calls from the store manager informing about the packing and shipping process. In this day and age of questionable customer service, it is indeed refreshing to have an experience like I did at this specific location. Kudos to the team and the store Manager!!!!!!!!!!

I loved working with this UPS store to help me with my campaign for Trustee of Lawrence Township. They helped me with all my campaign needs and made it affordable.

I love this store! The owner and staff are always super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They make sure that I get the best deal possible on any service I request. The store is super clean and always smells great. And I love their music…the 80s rock!!!

This store is outstanding with the service they provide. Fast, patient, and friendly. They are extremely helpful, I even had a FedEx package and they still went above and beyond to help me make sure I got it all figured out.

So far so good with service at this store. Only drop off experience. I see alot of comments customers may not be educating themselves to be a savy consumer. Buy your label online and get a discount.
