Jamie was incredibly nice and helpful. I was buying my first iPhone (always been an android user) so I had a lot of questions. She was very patient with me while also helping the other customers coming in.

Josh is awesome. Always takes the time answer any questions we may have. Very knowledgeable about products and always will suggest what's the best options for you.

Had superb service from Jamie yesterday, in spite of having a time consuming and somewhat complicated transaction. Jamie was somehow able to help us AND the other customers coming in even though she was shorthanded that day. She was very friendly, and really knew her business. This is the 2nd time she’s helped my family and we really appreciate it.

Victor was awesome! Since we are learning to live in a new world, there were new instructions on how to keep everything covid free. And yes, there was a small wait. But seriously, Don't you have to wait everywhere? They had the products we wanted, Victor looked for and found ways to get us a lower bill and made sure we were comfortable with the new phones. It was a 10 out of 10.

I needed help upgrading my phone and I went to another store and their service was terrible so I came to the one here in Waxhaw. I was very surprised on how warm and welcoming they made me feel. A gentleman named Jonathan helped me out and I must say it is by far the best service I've ever had. If you ever go there go see him he's the best.
