He need somebody to run his bath water for him 💧💧like somebody stupid. He tells everyone that we know the same people ⛪ but we actually don’t. 🤨 I’ve read horrible things about them on the news. 🤨.

Smaller gas station so selection inside is limited. Staff is decent. Somewhat unclean.

On Thursday, 24 Sep, 11:00 am, I stopped at my favorite & most convenient BP to fill-up.  I tried to utilize the pumps #11, #9 & #12 & they didn't work.  I had used these pumps many times before &I am quite familiar with the procedure to pump gas at this station.  It's basically the same at every other gas station.  The pumps were stuck on BP Loyalty ID program & did not allow for the normal operation of inserting a debit card, inputting zip code & pumping your gas.  BTW, I am a member of the BP Loyalty ID program, however, I've never seen the entry requested from these pumps on this day.  Previously, just using a credit/debit card assigned to the BP rewards program activated your savings... really simple.

"T", was the gas station attendent that day & when I informed him of these issues he insisted  the pumps were working normally.  He insisted I come inside & just prepay.   I told him I don't want to prepay.  I wanted to fill-up & I didn't know how much I needed.  He insinuated I didn't know how to use the pumps.  He again asked me if I knew how much it would cost to fill up.  I told him I don't know.  I have a debit card, I want to use the card like I usually do & be on my way.  He kept insisting I prepaid.  Finally, I asked if he could recommend a pump that worked properly.  He said pump #6 should work.  I parked at pump #6 & it worked perfectly.  I pumped my gas & went on my way.

This series of events have happened to me before at other gas stations, but this is the first time it has happened at this station.  Especially, since this is my most convenient BP.  In all these instances the pumps stop working properly & the station attendents request coming inside & prepay.  Total nonsence.  What's really going on here?  I would like to have some explanation for this nonsense.

Update, on Monday, 28 Sep, I returned to the this gas station & the pump I tried to use on 24 Sep, worked as advertised.  It seems this nonsense of having to go inside to prepay is situational.  It's totally unnecessary.  Thanks, BP.

This place sucks. Was not pumping gas and the pump still runs faster than i have ever seen a pump go
