Excellent Customer Service at this Cricket store. We were forced to upgrade one of our devices due to the 5g system upgrade in Feb 2022 and my husband did not want the cheap "free" phone they were offering us.This store was the only store in town that had a Samsung S20 in stock in their store. They did an excellent job dealing with my husband who was extremely upset about having to spend over $500 on new device to begin with but when we walked out of the store, he was very happy. Thank you so very much Eduadrdo for all of your help and understanding. You deserve the 5 Stars!!!
